Same goes for getting the check. I love how there's no rush here in Spain but when you're in a rush to get out and it takes so long, it's annoying. Value: Very cheap. Ambiance: El Tostadero is a locals spot in Valencia. The casual shop has a wrap around bar for seating, with food options on display in front of you. They also have a few tables outside. Inside prepare to watch yourself eat and drink in a mirror with music blasting as the workers constantly push out more sandwiches. After having hard time deciding what to order, since the selection is mind blowing, we went for a giant slice of strawberry cheese cake and chocolate cake. Both very ritch, creamy and flavorful. We ordered coffee and tea to wash it all down. Total bill came down to around 10€. An excellent value for the quality and portion size. 3.5€ per slice.
