We would…read morehighly recommend United Kitchen to friends, family, and anyone looking to have work done in their home. Mia worked with us to create the perfect layout of our new kitchen. We were so impressed on how well she understood the concept of what we envisioned. United Kitchen gave us a very reasonable quote without any add ons. The crew was very friendly, professional and very fast, but perfectionist during the cabinet installation and the granite fabrication/installation process. Our kitchen make over was completed in two days, and of course it looks like a million dollar kitchen to us. Thank you so much United Kitchen! I'm looking forward to working with you in the future. If you are looking for a kitchen or bath remodel, save yourself some time and a headache, go see Mia at United kitchen".

We started with an 1870something house, with a 1940something kitchen with breaking-down cabinets…read moreand a mish-mash of wood tones, low soffits and a very dated space, plus a pretty unusable bathroom space. We now have a FUNCTIONAL, BEAUTIFUL kitchen AND TWO bathrooms. The design help we got was so creative and enabled us to use some old wood for open shelving to keep some of the antique house vibe, but the white cabinets give the spaces a clean, fresh feel without feeling modern. The drawers open ALL the way, the cabinets don't slam shut, the trim is LOVELY...DO spring for the crown. It makes a WORLD of difference. (They have a ton of colors...I just liked the white.) BTW, this is not my first experience with Premier Cabinets....My daughter's house flooded in Harvey, and she got replacement cabinets from Premier. That was the first. Then they remodeled their 1960s house and got their cabinets again from Premier. That's why I went with them. The cabinet quality is really nice, the drawers are good quality, the trim looks amazing, the color and style choices are myriad... Plus, they're nice people to work with! They were SO patient with me when we ended up with structural issues and had to wait a LONG time for installation. When Victor and his buddy came to install, they were SUCH a pleasure to work with. They pointed out one drawer that had gotten damaged, and had a replacement before I knew it. They set up their cutting space outside, so didn't fill my house with sawdust. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure EVERYTHING was in perfect order! It all ended up SO nice! I'll add pictures once my old-wood shelving is installed.

Hindsight, pull out drawers in pantry cabinets....but that was my rookie mistake. Funny thing, i found my design drawings from years ago....and i remember changing my layout after looking at the design for a day or two. I am glad i did. The team was great when i made the change (before i ordered my cabinets). Overall, no complaints...

After doing some Lunar New Year shopping, I happened across this little shop, never having seen the sign before. It was so clean and organized inside, I thought the shop was new, but the friendly owner said it's been here for two years! While I love Larry's in Pasadena, it's a further drive. The selection here is smaller in terms of decor and pre-made sugar decorations, but they actually have more options with gel colors, disco glitter and luster dust. I also love that they sell high quality supplies. The Fat Daddy baking pans are really great - the only straight sided pans I like buying after trying several out - and that's what they carry, in a variety of shapes and sizes. They also have lots of isomalt, even some pre-colored, which Larry's doesn't. Drums, cake bases, pre-made fillings, icings... you name it. While it's a little pricey compared to ordering fondant/colors in advance via amazon, this is a great spot to hand pick the exact colors or supplies you need. With friendly employees, who always ask how they can help, I'm certain that I could come here in search of hard to find supplies. Plus, there's a punch card for frequent customers!

The actual poor wasn't that bad except for the buried some of the old concrete from the driveway/walkway on the right side of the front of the house. I had to dig that up and get rid of it myself. As you can see by the below, they really sprayed the concrete as high as 6 feet the screen on the patio window, I did if they were going to clean that up and they said that they couldn't because the concrete was wet that I had to wait until it was dry. as you can see in the pictures below, they couldn't take the wood framing off the concrete because some of the workers nailed it to the concrete he explained and that some of his workers were and that he couldn't get them to use the wooden spikes only instead of the nails. I have tried to in contact with R & C construction several times through voicemail and text and through Angie and they have not returned my messages. Overall, I would give them three stars only, decide for yourself.
