When returned home, I contacted customer service for assistance with accessing my account and confirming receipt of my points. The representative indicated the account did not exist, I would have to wait 30-day before calling back for assistance. I waited, called back and followed the instructions provided again. On September 29th, I called back again and followed the instructions. This time I was instructed to send in a copy of the receipt. When I finally received a response, they said I would not receive the points because the purchase was made over 30-days before receiving my communication. If a company cannot provide customers with purchase rewards I cannot image they are successful with quality service in other areas. Consider another jeweler who values their customers.

The Podium makes for a relaxing shopping experience as there's rarely a large crowd hanging around here, and the shops are all relatively quiet. It may all seem a bit middle class but look closely and there's plenty for younger girls too. There's an Oasis, Benefit, MAC and All Saints to name but a few stands. Not the cheapest of places, but a lovely place to go if you're trying to please a whole family of shoppers. They also hold weekly one-off events so make sure you pop in to see what's happening in-store.

As we tour this 'green and pleasant land' we suss out M&S cafes for coffee. They are our trusted go to brand at home. The staff - just like here in this store in Bath centre - are mega polite, the cafe tables are kept clean (not Starbucks greatest strength) the coffee is darn good, there's always toilets and if you are there after 3pm there's a coffee and cake deal running now with any coffee and a slice of cake £3. I got a slice of delicious Victoria sponge with my cappuccino and they cheerfully served up iced tap water that was not only free but it was plentiful too. The coffee and cake deal after 3pm is cheaper than a tall cappuccino in Starbucks too. We noticed too that M&S is now selling other brands like Clarke's, Smiggle and Jaeger. There are two fundamental truths in business - the only constant is change and customers make pay days. Go M&S.

Maybe not so much an hour before closing, but I can get all the essentials I need: fresh fruit! bags of ice! basic medicines! many delicious alcoholic beverages! an impressive variety of Free From products! ceramic mugs to drink Cava from in the park! I described the cut I was looking for, and lucky for me they had lots of things cut that way. After trying on a lot of tops, dresses and coats, I ended up with the most amazing coat, made in Germany of all cotton. It is quite fashionable and also functional. It was expensive, but worth every penny. I also got wonderful feeling black leggings, a gorgeous dress from France, some very cool reading glasses and stylish and functional fingerless gloves with leather palms. They also have a home furnishing section, as well as a restaurant which I understand has delicious food. What a find !!!!!! This place is retail therapy at its best for someone who wants clothing with panache, somewhat avant grade, and somewhat bohemian. It might be my favorite all time clothing store!
