The lady must have asked me 5 or 6 times if I had a registry with them for my house warming party or a gift receipt. Finally, I told them to just not worry about it I would give the items back to my dad's girlfriend and have her come and deal with them since they were the ones that purchased the gift. Needless to say she was able to return the items but it was just too much of a hassle and everything in that store is definitely over priced!

The next time I went, it was okay, but nothing spectacular. I asked a few questions and had to wait around 10 minutes each time for the answer. I ended up just picking what i thought was good. WS is an excellent place to grab gifts and to invest in nice pieces for your own place. Also, their sales are pretty great if you want to stock up on things for future hostess gifts.

Seemingly enough, this store hasn't delighted many shoppers, but I enjoy it. Though I don't need most of what they have in here because I don't really like a ton of kitchen appliances and gadgets in my home, it's still fun to check things out. Yes, many of the items are sorely overpriced and I can find for cheaper on-line, but at least I am able to get an idea about what I'd like to try and find on-line. Every time I have been in here, it has been to look for something different. The last time I went in here, I was looking for an espresso maker. There was actually a brand rep there for a specific name that I don't remember and she gave us a lot of great insight on espresso makers. I rarely have to have something top-of-the-line and always make sure it is simple and functional. So, she definitely helped me steer clear of those types of espresso makers. There has only been a couple instances, where customer services was below average here. Most of the time, I have enjoyed my visit here. I have yet to check out one of the classes they offer. If you are looking for something specific, they may be able to help you; however, if you are just trying to come in and shop for kitchen accessories, on the fly, you may not always be able to find what you need. Regardless, have fun because this is a neat store! Sadly, I think on-line sales are causing storefronts to close down, so I'd be sad to see this one go, if and when that time comes.

I decided to look into a walk-in tub with several companies and found that the prices were through the roof. I drove up to Luters and found what we needed for a third of the cost. A contractor put it in for me and it was still less than half the cost. The Luter's owner was so helpful with suggestions about how to choose the proper product. My dad, being over six feet, needed an extra-large, heavy-duty seat. Mr. Luter told me how to have the valve located near the seat for ease of control. We ultimately bought a low lip, step-in shower. Dad loved it and told everybody about it. Dad did not live long afterwards. The last thing that I did was help him take a shower with dignity and comfort. Thank you.

They are scaling down their offers and 20% off is going the way of the DoDo (kids, that was a goofy looking, but pretty, bird that man drove to extinction in the 1600's). Regardless of which coupon, just make sure you have one. This store is just about like all the rest. It's a monster corporate chain so everything is always in the same place. I've not met anyone working here that made me feel strongly in any way. I guess that's good. Or not. I don't know.
