Placed an online order to pick up. Do to unforeseen circumstances, I could not pick them up right away. I called this store a total of three times and explained when I would be there. Each time I was told that it would be fine. Then I get an email that says my order has been canceled, And by the way no refund has been processed yet. When I called the store and spoke to an employee named Tracy, I was given attitude and dishonesty. When I called the customer service line to explain the situation I was treated very courteously. However they offered absolutely no solution to the problem. And they had absolutely no interest in retraining this employee so that they may give better customer service and not take complaints personally which is exactly what she did. Very sad because I truly enjoyed shopping at this particular establishment. But with all the other options available out there.It would be foolish to waste my hard earned money at at this place of business. read more

It may just be me - but in recent years it seems that most of the scents being put out by Bath and Body seem to be very similar, and the staff here widely varies from super helpful to apathetic about our search for a certain candle scent. However - I still love them. And you can't beat the awesome coupons they mail out! :) read more

This is a place you shop with your nose tuned to all the fabulous scents! The employees are mega friendly and helpful, nearly to the point of overbearing; it is nice to know they are there if you do need help. The prices are a bit steep, but it is easy to obtain coupons and check the in store specials on their website, which are numerous and often. read more

I am a HUGE Bath & Body Works fan! However, I am not a huge perfume fan and would not wear it to work. I really like to pick the scent of my shower gels and lotions. I appreciate subtle, but feminine fragrances. An overpowering perfume is just as bad to me as egregious body odor (okay, maybe not JUST as bad). BBW has so much inventory; everyone can come away with something (or MANY things in my case!). They have shower gels, body butters, lotions, perfumes, spritzers and probably other ways I am not even aware of to "love" a favorite "scent". BBW is constantly introducing new fragrances and discontinuing old ones. This hacks off some people, but to me it just shows they are constantly looking at new ideas and moving their stock. BBW has its heavily promoted Semi-annual Sale (SAS) in July and right after Christmas. I massively stock up on all my favorites. The sales are awesome. It is truly the time to go crazy and get the products you already love and the items you would like to try on the cheap. BBW also frequently emails and physically mails coupons to its repeat customers. BBW has an active Facebook page and accepts coupons and online coupons via smartphone at checkout. A physical, printed coupon is not needed. BBW and its associates could not be more customer friendly. One of my favorite product lines are "wallflowers". They are plug in fragrances and I have them all over my house. I have had maybe two wallflowers "die" over many moves and have lasted a long time. They met my standard and nothing said they should last a "lifetime". I mention this because I have read on BBW's Facebook people moaning how plug ins did not last forever. Well, no kidding. Neither did the car, washer, or the marriage, so just get another one and move on. Just kidding on the marriage...The wallflower fragrances are said to have a minimum 3-year "shelf life". I stock up big time during the SAS. Matter of fact, I do not even remember the last time I had to buy wallflowers not during a SAS. I refuse to pay full price for the darn things. I was told earlier this week BBW will no longer offer the 2-pack wallflowers after 16 JAN 2012. I purchased even MORE than usual because I cringe at the thought of paying more for the darn wallflowers. I love the fragrances, but there is only so much I will pay for a plug in. A few years ago, a friend of mine gave me a C.O. Bigelow lip gloss for my birthday. I have not used anything since. I love, love, love the lip gloss. I never wear lipstick, so the nice shine and high gloss is fantastic! I have since given the CO Bigelow glosses as gifts and stocking stuffers. They have always been a hit and last a long time! If you haven't used BBW before, go try some of the literally HUNDREDS of testers on the floor to sample and see what you like. BBW has some of the most helpful employees at the Battlefield Mall location. I have been in for SAS maybe 5 times this week and chatted with a different associate each time. They are all so sweet and will suggest the least expensive way to make purchases and one young girl was literally rifling through a bin helping me find the fragrance I wanted. There is never a need to pay full price for anything. Join BBW's Facebook page or go to its homepage and join the mailing list. I constantly receive emails from BBW with the latest sale or promotion.
