They have an entrance line and a separate exit. The employees are really pleasant and make sure that everyone has a bag for their goodies. They give you the right amount of attention without it being overbearing or too much. And I love the ongoing sale on the hand soaps. I have tried so many different scents but I can't resist grabbing at least one Black Cherry Merlot every time. All of the scents smell so good and the bottles are so pretty.

My cashier, Leisha, was very friendly and was really patient as I struggled to get my loyalty account to work. The store is well organized and spotlessly clean. I was able to find everything I was looking for (and then some!) easily, but there were lots of employees on the floor willing to help if needed. Shopping here was a really pleasant experience. She said we are all sold out but, I can check in the back for you and she was digging around to help find it for me but no, such luck. Well I get in. I'm walking around the higher end beauty specifically looking for liquid blush. She asked if I was finding everything okay. I said yes and kept moving. The associates clearly roam around like sharks watching your every move. When I actually needed help they weren't there. But when I didn't they were watching me like prey. Awkward...He passes me again , I ask "do you work here". he says no and goes to make a "purchase" I think it's loss prevention but I have never felt so uncomfortable and racially profiled like that before. I had a small crossover bag and a store basket I was putting my things in. I think one girl helped me find a product but after that I was clearly being followed. I won't be coming back here. I tried both for subtle looks and found them both impressive. I was working a job promoting a MAC product, matte powder kiss lipstick. You never know what to expect. Will they be warm and inviting, will the makeup be true to who I am, will the artist be diverse. Well, I got my answer and it was yes to everything! The store was lively, centrally located, and it was a party inside. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home. Of course, I was greeted and not ignored. I allowed them to use my face as a canvas and be creative. The makeup artist each day was fast and pretty accurate. I was there 3 days. They matched my foundation pretty close to my skintone.
