My favorite thing about this location is the customer service is always nice from the moment you walk into the door they are greeting you they are recommending products for you. I'm absolutely in love with their men's products because I love shopping for my husband and their men's cologne line is so . This was my first time visiting this location. I was picking up an order I placed online. The store smelled amazing as soon as I entered. There were displays of lotions, body products, candles and more. The store was packed with goodies and merchandise but it wasn't messy. It was organized, just a lot of products. There were two employees that were talking, and neither greeted me upon entering the store. To be honest I don't think they even saw that I entered the store they were so engrossed in their conversation. There's no place for a "line" so customers just stand on either side of the travel (miniature) items and hope that's where the line starts. When I picked up my order the cashier seemed like she had a difficult time physically finding it even though she indicated she placed it on the cart earlier. After showing ID and leaving the store to the parking lot, I realized the items were not what I ordered. I quickly returned to the store to get the correct items. The cashier was able to quickly replace the incorrect item with the correct one. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience or acknowledging her error. Dear Bath & Body Works Team, Normally, my experience with Bath & Body Works is a wonderful one, which is why I'm saddened to have to write this message today. I originally intended to simply share some feedback with the corporate office, but after attempting to reach someone by phone, my feedback has unfortunately turned into a formal complaint. Yesterday, I visited one of your stores to purchase several Wallflowers, which I did. The sales associate who assisted me was very pleasant and friendly. While at the register, I noticed a large hairball on the floor in front of the counter and mentioned it to her, saying, "That's gross." Today, I received a text message as a Rewards Member notifying me that Wallflowers were on sale for $3.50--just one day after my purchase. I called the store to inquire about a possible price adjustment. The associate I spoke with informed me that in order to receive the adjusted price, I would need to return my purchase and repurchase the items, and that any coupons I had used would not apply to the sale. I returned to the same store to complete the return. The same associate helped me, and again, she was kind and professional. She apologized for the delay, explaining that the return process was taking extra time because each item took several seconds to register in the system. It was clear she was short-staffed, as she was managing two registers to keep up with a growing line caused partly by my lengthy return. While waiting, I noticed that the same large hairball from the previous day was still in front of the register. Additionally, the store appeared quite dirty--dust, pieces of scent papers, plastic bags, and debris were scattered on the floor. The store's overall appearance seemed neglected, which surprised me since this location is typically well-maintained. After leaving, I decided to contact corporate to share my feedback--mainly about the store's cleanliness and the need for better staffing support. After searching online, I located a customer service number and called. I waited on hold for about 20 minutes before reaching a representative. While she was polite, there was a noticeable language barrier that made communication difficult. I explained my situation, but it became clear she did not fully understand what I was trying to convey. She asked me to repeat myself more slowly, which I did, but the misunderstanding continued. When I asked to speak with someone else, she stated that she was a supervisor and fully capable of handling my concern. She then said she would transfer me to the store--but the call disconnected, and I'm not sure if my feedback was received or documented. Normally, Bath & Body Works provides exceptional service and a clean, welcoming atmosphere, so I truly hope this experience is not a sign of declining standards. I would appreciate if this feedback could be shared with the appropriate store management and corporate departments to ensure both the staff and store environment receive the support they deserve. I was gonna write a review because I miss having them as my manager but then I seen that someone named Gabriela left a 1 star review because apparently the girls were lying about them not knowing what comes with shipment they really don't I delivered to them for almost a year and not once did they know what they were receiving as a matter of fact they were always disappointed with the low volume of product that arrived especially when they needed specific items I've delivered to ten different bath and body works and let me tell you Carrie Tori and Olivia handled buisness! They take care of that store like it's their home ! Honestly they took care of me !! The delivery boygreat team great store great people ! I really misss doing shipment for them never seen better management than this store !! If the girls tell you they don't have an item they really mean it anyways I highly recommend this store if you really want a great experience! read more

The amount of times i've been here and it's just not a good time. I've had many bad experiences at this location but I'm just here to say how disgusting this locations employees really are. The fact that these employees claim to not have certain products, even though they do... i've been told you guys don't know what your delivery trucks bring -WRONG- I've been told you don't pick what you order you just get what you get when the truck comes -WRONG-I've been told you guys don't even know what day your truck comes -WRONG-Like honestly ? I've known people that work there and i know current people that work there... so i know how wrong all those things i was told are.. and i've found out from past employers what y'all do there. You guys think it's okay to stash certain products you get just so you can resale it online for more. That's absolutely insane but makes a lot of sense with what your horrible employees have said and how you never have some of the things everyone wants. read more

When my items were getting checked out I redeemed my two coupons to the cashier ( skylar ). She then claimed that one of my coupons was already used. As I tried to explain to her that I have intact haven't used ANY of the coupons. She ripped my coupon and threw it in the trash and she proceeded to say someone had used it.
