But once the contract period ended, we were told our dog is "reactive" and would need additional (and expensive) training beyond what we already paid for. This was never mentioned when we signed up. In fact, the owner assured us that whatever his own dog could do, ours would eventually be able to do too--and that they wouldn't stop training until we got there. That promise was not kept. Despite signs early on that our dog had some reactivity, they waited until the original program ended to inform us that we'd need to pay more. We feel misled and disappointed, especially after spending a significant amount upfront. Be sure to read the fine print and ask direct questions about what happens if your dog is considered "reactive." Otherwise, you may end up in the same situation--having to pay another trainer to finish the job.

Bobcat is extremely scared of dogs and I really appreciated that the cat condos are in a separate area so he doesn't get scared. The staff were amazing and very friendly. I received a few cute update pictures and texts about Bobcat while I was out of town which I loved! Bobcat came home happy and there was no change in his normal behavior. On numerous occasions (despite labelling her food) you did not refrigerate it and allowed it to spoil. My dog (despite having updated shots) contracted kennel cough, requiring emergency vet services. Your place is hardly a spa. Despite requesting she not be sprayed, you continually applied cologne after her baths. You're like the McDonalds of dog kennels. I'm 45 years old, lady. Never give advice-- particularly when you're the one who needs it. Perhaps you look into getting help with your own socializing skills.
