I settled in by the bar for a Guinness (what else) and admired the 18 beers on tap (!!!) and the cute signs and photos splashed all over the walls. I did what they asked, but I didn't receive a quote back. I called them a week later. This company ignored my specific request and sent me their generic brochure. I then phoned them and asked for the quote, only to be told the function is to small for them to bother. That's totally understandable, if the event is too small, but why was I not told this in the first place? It's really not offensive to say to someone your even is to small to cater. Instead, I wasted my time sending 2 emails and making 3 phone calls only to find out what I should been told in the first place!
