I'd had raccoons get into my attic a year ago and ruin part of my roof. Had the roof fixed and thought the problem was fixed until I heard the unmistakeable sounds of the critters climbing the drainpipes and trying to break back in. Called another place that was too busy and they gave me Frank's number. He was able to set traps the same day. One on the ground and one attached to the house over a small hole they had managed to make since we weren't sure if they had actually gotten inside.
All I had to do was check the trap each morning and let Frank know if anything had been caught. Turned out the raccoons were not inside the house. I heard them try to get in around the cage on the house at least one or two nights and after that, nothing. After 10 days when nothing was caught we decided they'd moved on. Frank came and fixed the hole with galvanized steel making it as raccoon proof as possible. He charged per visit and I feel his rates were very fair. read more
