I've gotten several paintings framed by them and their work is stellar. You can get frames and mats in various colors and sizes and they are less expensive than Michael's!! I have had a bad experience with Michael's framing my paintings so I've just ended up doing my own. That was until I was dying on a very huge painting and needed low glare glass. That's when I found this shop. I now go to them for help on anything framing.

Mr. Smith…read moregave the knife to his co worker to engrave and I didn't think anything about it since I trusted his reputation. When I went to pick up the knife the initials were way too small and I walked out leaving my husband to pay $48 for the initials. When I got home and looked at it under a light, one of the initials was all stuffed up. I called Mr. Smith and left a message and he never returned my call. So, $48 dollars later, I have a pocket knife I can't even present as a gift. Shame on you Mr. Smith! Enjoy my money because I am certainly not enjoying the quality of workmanship you gave to me.

My husband and I searched a few months before agreeing to use Florida Print Solutions for two customer jobs in the fall 2018. We highly recommend them for their excellent customer service, high quality products and support of small businesses. I was treated like a valuable and important customer and this made me feel I had the right partner moving forward. They are also extremely patient and supportive, which as an artist, I highly value. Most importantly, they are a woman-owned small business and local part of our community based in St. Pete but represent all of the Tampa Bay area. I look forward to working on future projects with them.

We hired Thomas Signs to make and install an office building sign for us in Tampa. As soon as we…read moresigned the contract to start work, all customer service walked right out the door with that signature. We were never kept abreast of the status of the sign. All phone messages were returned by our salesman, Tim, via email - never a call back. We were never asked to approve fonts before the sign was actually manufactured. Never told when the installation was going to happen. Never told that the installation actually did happen. (We're not tenants of the office building where the sign was installed.) For a business that's in the business of signs, they didn't even quote us the correct cost of permits (a $275 miscalculation!). The way we discovered the sign was actually installed: we got the invoice in the mail. No "Thank you for your business". No phone call from the company to say, "Hello, your sign is there." When we went up to see the sign, the sign was NOT in the position we wished it to be. And the colors were wrong. No one in the company would take responsibility for any of this. We should have gone with Signs Now. Very disappointed in Thomas Signs. And we will not be using them for our future business.
