This AFTER I explicitly told them to let me know if they found anymore squirrel damage besides the damaged fascia they were already replacing above the garage. I guess since you don't do roof repair that bringing this to the homeowners attention wasn't a priority, as you'd make no money off the repair! **UPDATE The new gutters ALL LEAK between the house fascia and the gutter. They are WORSE than my original gutters! I'm now tasked with paying a reputable company to redo their unprofessional work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS! When they saw the look on my face they cut it out and got back to the job. I guess. Hard to say because two weeks later, when a hard rain came the gutters overflowed massively in the same places they'd BEEN overflowing. But the brats had such a great time in my yard one returned a week later with the longest garden hose I've ever seen, connected it to my outdoor spigot (which I stupidly neglected to shut off from INSIDE) and dragged the hose through my fence and down the sidewalk, water spewing everywhere. It's just dumb luck I happened to be doing laundry in the basement and HEARD the water start up in the pipe. I immediately shut off the spigot at the indoor valve, went outside, and let the kid know I was not PAYING for his party. His father was sitting on the porch watching. Lord knows what my water bill would have been had I not happened to be home. Yeah, when you're working on a customer's house it's not good to use their water to squirt someone else's kids in the customer's yard. Nice kids (the kids on the job) but I'd recommend hiring grown-ups with some focus.

Manager emailed me to say they simply were not going to send anyone out to correct this company's own lousy workmanship--as if someone else should repair PG&D's sloppy work? We were so happy with the finished product that we decided to remodel our second bathroom too. Since we were introduced to McCarty Customized in 2020, they have remodeled 2 bathrooms, drywalled walls and ceiling of the entire 2nd floor, complete gut kitchen remodel, tear-down of an existing screened-in porch, complete build of 400 square foot addition, installed LVP flooring throughout the entire 1st floor, new roof, new gutters and siding, and I'm sure I'm forgetting about something. I recently had a new water heater installed and during that process, the plumber accidentally…read morepunctured my siding. That company contracted with McCarty Customized Improvements to repair the siding for me. My siding is from 2006 so it is faded by the sun and probably not in production anymore. MCI did a great job of finding a suitable match in shape and texture and was able to color match paint so that the new piece blends in with the existing siding.

PAYING FOR RESULTS, NOT IMAGE…read more Our basement was flooding and it was determined that we needed a new drain line in order for an our sump pump to work correctly. We had a few quotes. Some more than 5K for a 100 foot drain line. When I contacted A+ for an estimate, they beat the nearest estimate by almost $1500 dollars. That's a big savings. What's the difference? The other companies who bid the job showed up in fancy jumpsuits and vinyl laminate work vans with computers inside. The guys from A+ showed up in tshirts and a red station wagon. They were polite, worked very hard, and had the job completed in two days which is what I was estimated. They also showed up to start the job within 1 business days of OUPS flagging the utilities on our property before the dig. I would recommend A+ for anyone looking for quality work at a great price.
