Then I called couple more times over the next few hours. No answer. And no callbacks. - Only 2 private restrooms near the entrance (no multi-stall restrooms). - The cafe by the pb crts closes early. The tourney ran into the evening. As you can imagine, plenty contestants and spectators grew hungry and thirsty. + Nice selection of healthy snacks and drinks though. - No weather shelter over the pb courts. It's really disappointing to see the Friday (already dead) and Sunday league dying out. Offering a real incentive to win, like 25% to 50% off a season for the A division champions, could help bring back some competition and excitement. Another issue is the price increase. Going from $800 to $1100 for a season is a huge jump, especially when nothing has actually improved. SoFive is charging more but providing the same experience the previous owners, Upland Sports Arena, used to offer. At least they would post the winners and make players feel recognized. For a company this size, it honestly comes across as greed. At this rate, I guess I'll just keep playing the same five teams until everyone finally quits. After two years under SoFive, I expected more improvements, not higher prices for the same thing. I love playing here and I truly hope they do ANYTHING to bring both these leagues back to life.

10/24/25 Friday Came…read morearound 5:45 PM for the open gym session. It was pretty empty besides some kids practicing. We came in with no climbing background so it was a very humbling experience! Much harder than the Ninja Warrior Adventure Park in Santa Ana. This place is better for experienced climbers or folks who have lessons and want to get practice in. They do offer chalk but I recommend you bring your own because it was kind of hidden and very limited. Most areas/courses were clear, but there was one corner of the gym that was kind of cluttered so it was hard to move around without feeling like I'd trip.
