She actually recruited her family to clean out my barn while I was out of state for my mother's funeral. They also pitched in when I had to pack up the contents of my house, barn, and connex box (and even did dump runs). Even though I was in a hurry to sell, she wisely suggested we slow down and make the house show-ready before we opened it up to realtors and potential buyers because first impressions go a long way, and she wanted me to get the most profit from the sale. She listed the house as Coming Soon to get the ball rolling. During this time, I was traveling back and forth from AZ to CA, and the house itself presented several challenges. Kathi contacted all the vendors, coordinated their visits, and oversaw repairs. She arranged a deep cleaning and had a beautiful video produced showing off the house and property. Several vendors informed me that they had chosen Kathi to sell their properties because they saw how wonderfully she cared for their clients. When the house was ready to be seen, I got a full-price offer within hours of going live on the MLS. We accepted the first offer, and it was smooth sailing from there.
