I ordered two scoop sundae that included a scoop cherries jubilee and a scoop of peanut butter cup. Both of our orders were delicious, but I couldn't think of a time when I had bad ice cream. The staff was very nice. They have a couple of tables outside, which might have been nice if it didn't feel like the Chronicles of Riddick scene where they were trying to outrun the sun The toilet in the Women's Restoom was not flushing when we went. We went 10 minutes before closing on a Friday; there were three people just standing by the register. My husband went to pick up the cake and he was told they didn't make it because the decorator person didn't come in. See the problem with these establishments hiring 15/16 year-olds is that they do not have proper supervision. I just watched a younger employee sneeze in her hands, wipe the saliva from her face and then serve the next customer with the same hands with no gloves or any type of sanitation. The young man and woman were super helpful and gave great recommendations! Loved the selection and the samples, I wasn't disappointed in any of the products. The older woman with the butch haircut was extremely rude to me and my child. She refused to give my child samples claiming that she shouldn't be eating anything else due to her weight. She also claimed my child was unruly and started insulting my parenting skills. My child is autistic. I take great offense to remarks made like that, what's worse is that she then assumed my daughter was a boy because my daughter was wearing a hospital gown and her hair had fallen out due to her chemotherapy treatments. I then inquired about purchasing a franchise and the older woman stared me dead in the eye and said, "fuck you, you could never run a business". I am severely displeased with her attitude. The older woman also needs to invest in a razor business her arm hair kept touching the ice cream. I will gladly donate a dollar towards her cause and will be setting up a gofundme account for this terrible woman. Any time my child would ask a question about the ice cream, the woman would say, "fuck you, you fat fuck" to my child. This was the worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had. I drive up to this location at 9:30 pm tonight expecting to get some ice cream for my family. As I park I noticed that the chairs are up like they have just finished mopping the floor. And this is nothing new I have gone there with my family around the same time and seen the chairs up. And also note the location posted closing time is 10 pm. As I approach the door I see a young lady look at me turn around and walk to the back of the store and then the main lights turn off, surprised I look at my watch as I walk up to the door and it's 9:30 pm, so I try the door and it opens. I look up and even though the main lights are off the "open" sign is still lit, so I walk in. When I walked in I said "Hello are you still open?" Loud enough for her to hear me since she saw me looking at her walking to the back. No answer. I say hello again. No answer. Obviously she was not going to come back out, I would have expected any decent person to come out and say "Sorry, didn't see you but we are closed" or any other lame excuse for turning the lights off on me and walking away. But that did not happen, I checked my watch one more time and it was about 9:35. I walked back out and took a picture of the store with the main lights out and the " open " sign on. Extremely disappointed at the person and Baskin Robins if this is an acceptable way of doing business. No matter how much I love their peanut butter and chocolate I am definitely not going back to that store and will think twice before doing business with Baskin Robins again. read more

Every time I have ever come here, (NOT an exaggeration) They are out of stock of chocolate sprinkle cones, and given a poor excuse as to why as if it is impossible to prepare more when they begin to run out. Please, Baskin robbins, You have ONE JOB. In a vicious and taxing world of supply and demand, it is not very difficult to make a waffle and dip it in chocolate, covering it with sprinkles.
