The staff was not very attentive and they had old brown bananas when we asked for a sundae, and some of the ice cream had freezer burn. In addition the donuts were very dry. This place is not about quality. read more

My waffle cone was stale, so I requested a bowl instead. The server said "I don't know why it's stale, we just made it three days ago." I laughed and ask ifnshe was kidding. Horrible!! We have been to this location 4 different times. Every time they get our order completely wrong!! Today we ordered TWO layered sundaes and was given ONE! Then when we asked where the other one was the guy said oh y'all wanted both...??? Then says oh we don't have cookie dough I can do mint chocolate... the sundae we did get cost almost 7 dollars and was only half full. we left and went to sonic I will not be back and highly recommend go to sonic and skip this place!!! read more

We were just told we could not be served with no masks. No problem, we had just come from church and had forgotten them in the car. We retrieved them and duly wore them, but then we noticed a lady and her child sitting down playing a game at a table. The lady had a mask pushed down under her chin and the child was not wearing one at all. How is that fair? When questioned, the cashier said she had not noticed them. Really? They were literally seated directly in front of her for a time and she did not notice them? The company has the right to set any policy, but to not apply it equally is ludicrous. This has been our go-to weekly treat store for more than a year, but now we may consider changing to another store. read more

How can you go wrong here ?!?!?! It's ICE-CREAM! Better than any other ice-cream place, nah but they do have rainbow sherbet which is great!!!! Not a lot of places have rainbow sherbet. Plus I love their variety of ice-cream cakes (other places don't have the selection)! I don't necessarily like the decoration (custom cake) but I guess it'll have to do ‍. Gave my order and waited not long but got the confirmation to move forward to pay and get my order, waited for the cars ahead of me and then the lady said " we don't have what you ordered but you can buy this" why ask me to move forward and wait in line if you don't have my order when they could have just told me "we don't have it" and I could have looked at the board on the drive thru and ordered something else? read more

Wanted to come in for some ice cream but this place is understaffed big time. This location shares a counter with Dunkin Donuts and when I arrived, there was a line of 10 people and one person at the cash register for the Dunkin Donut side and no one on the Baskin Robbins side. The other person working was on the grill and didn't look up once or say soon as they were finished they would help. I waited 15 minutes and I had to leave without purchasing anything. I decided go down the street to Diary Queen where they were better staffed, more friendly, and got me taken care of within 5 minutes. read more

Don't waste your time going to this location they never seem to have the ice cream in stock and they hire some of the rudest staff members or they are not training them on good customer service.I don't know but definitely not my favorite Baskin-Robbins location. I was so happy when they moved to our neighborhood but I have yet to have a good experience and I've tried 7 times I'm over it I will just stick with the Braum's down the street. read more

If I could give them a zero star, I would. Ordered a cake online and was given a timeframe to pick up. When I went to pick up cake, the employee at the counter at BR chuckled and said you should have called our location instead of place an online order because our baker doesn't always work there. Furthermore in order to get my refund, I would have to come back the next day when the manager was in. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this BR. read more

I ordered an awesome frame iced cream cake for my son's 18th birthday. I received an email confirmation, indicating the cake would be ready at 4:45. My husband called around 1:00, only to find out the cake wasn't being made, because the cake decorator was not coming in. I took the phone and asked why I was not notified. I was told she was "about to call me". No apology, just excuses. She said they weren't affiliated with other stores, so she would not be able to call other locations on my behalf. When I asked how she intended to make this right, she said she would refund my money and I could choose a cake from their freezer, and they would put his name on it. I drove 10 miles to the Rowlett location, and when I indicated I was there to have my transaction refunded for the cake that wasn't made, the girl simply took my debit card and issued the refund. Not only did she not apologize, she did not speak a single word. Neither did I. At this point, I realized she had no plans of putting my son's name on another cake. I just left. I won't beg for anything! My husband called a couple locations, and when the owner of the Belt Line location heard the story, he had someone make it immediately. I'm about to drive another 11 miles pick it up. I'm pleased, and they will be given a positive review. Since they aren't affiliated, I don't mind paying for the cake in Richardson, even though Rowlett's hold on my bank account will not drop off for several days. My experience at the Rowlett location was awful, and even now, I haven't received an apology. Update - I have not yet received my money back for the cake that was never made. read more
