It's been a long time since I've dipped my toe into the B&R ice cream cake game and the quality has definitely slipped. We ordered a strawberry ice cream cake and it was ok. The Ice cream was actually really good and I loved the frosting, it wasn't too sweet. Unfortunately, the cake portion was very lackluster. The cake was dry, flavorless and not spongey enough for me. I know the cake needs to be dense to support the ice cream, but dayum it was like a brick. I might be back in the future, mostly for a coffee milkshake and a cone for my son. read more

Typical Baskin Robbins offerings. Workers were very nice and helpful as they aren't carrying my favorite flavor anymore. Also, they don't have 31 flavors anymore, kinda skim pickings compared to the BR of the past but still some of the best ice cream ever! World Class Chocolate is still one of the GOATs!!! read more

May 20th @ 3:05pm, we visited the Baskin Robbins location in downtown Mt. Juliet. We had been shopping in the Providence area, when I yelped for dessert. Seeing that Baskins Robbins was a few miles, we decided to follow the map. Location: Way to far from Providence. B.R. is located in a newer strip next to a pizza place. Parking was easy. One associate was helping an elderly couple pick out ice cream cake from the refrigerated section. I knew exactly what I wanted, my usual that I always get at every B.R location I find. As I waited, a gentleman came and stood on the other side of the counter, with his arm leaning up on the counter top, arm pit and all, right on top of the ice cream. Lovely right. He stared at the female associate, hoping she would hurry up so he didn't have to help me. Or at least that's what I was hoping for. He ended up walking toward me, stood in front of me, yet never spoke. Just stared. I then responded "oh are you available to help me?" Simple question, since I had been waiting for some time and he was just standing in the corner, not acknowledging me as a customer. Perhaps, he was waiting for me to decide my order, how kind of him. The entire time whilst standing in front of me and listening to my order, he was scratching himself! His back and arms, underneath his shirt. I saw flesh!!! I should not see that at an ice cream shop! He proceed to prepare my order without washing his, without putting on gloves, without a word, without a care in the world. I watched him the entire time and an angel came to save the day. The female associate who was helping the elderly couple had just finished and came right in time. As she instructed him on the next steps of how to make the order, he stopped what he was doing and walked back to the kitchen (again with no word) just walked away and out of site from the front counter. The lady finished my order and delivered it with a smile. Which made my exit very pleasant. Only to return to my car, leave the parking lot, got situated, and took a sip of my drink a Large Cappuccino Mocha Blast. I have ordered this drink for 5 years at many B.R locations. This time it tasted like crushed ice with chunks of mocha powder. All my hopes and dreams were crushed that day! I will never go back to this location. And that makes me so sad to say that because I love Baskin Robbins so much! read more

I've been to this location a handful of times and out of that handful, at least half have been bad experiences; tonight was the icing on the cake though. Let me start by saying both the BR website and app show the hours for this location are until 10:00 PM, daily. Not to mention, all locations show they are open until 10 PM, daily. My family and I walked into this Baskin Robbins, just before 9:00 PM, only to be ogled by the workers as if we had just done something wrong. There was a man ahead of us who was ordering some type of ice cream to go, so I assume the workers (who seemed under age) figured we were planning on taking our ice cream to go, as well, hence the dirty looks we received whilst sampling the ice cream flavors. We decided on our flavors, I paid for our ice cream, (which mind you was close to a $20 purchase) and that should have been the end of the story. However, we noticed one of the workers had walked toward the front entrance and turned off some lights in one of the coolers. I immediately thought it was strange for them to turn off cooler lights when they weren't due to close for another hour, so I asked one of the workers, "Are you about to be closing?" To which I received the reply of, "We closed 6 minutes ago.", as if he was running some sort of timer. I proceeded by saying, "Oh, really? the website says you don't close until 10 PM.", his reply, "Well, we just started closing at 9 PM." I then said, "Is it okay if we eat our ice cream here while you finish closing?" As I was asking, he walked away to the back of the store, completely ignoring my question. We proceed to sit down and begin to eat our ice cream only to discover the $6 banana split had no banana! Neither of the workers were in front of the store for a few minutes, as they were apparently gathering their belongings to go home for the night. One of them came from the back and I mentioned my banana split had no banana. With a look of disgust, he reluctantly put on gloves and sliced the banana then handed it to me on a napkin rather than putting it in my dish. I was in the middle of trying to place my banana in my ice cream dish when at that point both workers were standing behind the counter staring at us. One of them says, "We're closing the store now, so you'll have to leave." By this point I was beyond irritated with their attitudes and the fact that I had just paid almost $20 for ice cream for my family, yet we were being thrown out of the store that wasn't set to close for another hour!! Maybe the store did change their policy and they were supposed to close at 9 PM, but if I had to guess, it sure seemed like the younger kids working there just wanted to go home early. Do yourself a favor if you plan to patronize this establishment....call and make sure they're open for regular business hours before you go! Or better yet, just choose another location. read more

So love ice cream from here! Even in the dead of winter! So friendly too and the location was still open

The service here is spotty depending on who is working. Also, never get a cone. There is no ice cream packed into the bottom, as per usual. It is literally a half scoop sitting on top of the cone. read more

Found a hair in my sundae. They wear no hair nets at all there while making the ice cream which is ridiculous. They need to be doing so. I won't be spending my money here any further. read more

Bought a scoop for $2.99 and it was tiny (didn't even touch the edges of the cup) so I got another scoop. I mentioned something to the cashier before she rang it up but she charged me $2.99 for each scoop individually so I paid $6.60 for two tiny scoops that made the equivalent of 1 scoop. Kids are running the place and didn't know how to make a refund- no manager has been present in all my visits. We will stick with DQ down the street. read more

Come to this location at least once a week had them hold me a cake for a birthday called the next morning to come pick it up and they sold it only thing I got was sorry we sold it and we can't get another til Thursday thanks a lot read more
