Icing On The Cake I ended up on the east side of Las Vegas at this very busy but great quick service BR's location! My individual scoop was fresh and I'm a happy camper! I. Love. Ice. Cream. Cake! There, I said it. December 31 is my daughter's birthday and this year she wanted an ice cream cake. I placed the order online and set a pick up time for New Year's Eve at 1:30. I got there around 2, it was a little busy. The store is pretty small and there's one door to enter and exit but they have it organized well. One of the guys came around the counter to see how he could help. I told him I had a cake to pick up he ran back and got it, showed it to me and boxed it up and I was out the door. The cake was so pretty and tasty. I'll definitely order again! read more

I used to come to this location quite frequently when I was a kid, and I am happy to report that it is still here off of Charleston and Lamb. I stopped by to grab my free Birthday Scoop of ice cream, and I gotta say that their Cookies and Cream is quite extraordinary. There were plenty of workers and service was super quick and with a smile. The interior was clean and offered free smells of waffle cones and ice cream. read more

Moving here from the East Coast where Baskin-Robbins hasn't had much of a presence for the last decade (at least the places I lived) had me curious of what this place had to offer in 2020. I just happen to be in a parking lot with a Baskin-Robbins location while deciding it was time to get myself an ice cream cone. This small little ice cream shop offers a ton of different ice flavours of ice cream and a ton of different cone options for you. I ended up going with the "Mom's Makin' Cookies" and Rocky Road to top it all off on top of a sugar cone with sprinkles on the rim. The total came to around $5.25 and at the end of the day, I did not feel like the price was worth the end result. Both flavours of ice cream were okay, but it pretty much tasted no better then something I could of picked up from the grocery store for $3-$5. It just didn't win me over. Overall, 3 stars for being an average ice cream shop good if there's nothing else in the area. At the end of the day, Baskin-Robbins just doesn't have anything unique or special and even though the ice cream is solid, it just isn't something I'm ever going to crave. It is what it is. read more

Found my new favorite flavor! I came in planning on getting some coffee ice cream but once I saw the Lemon Custard flavor, I decided to try a sample of it and the new Matcha Latte flavor. The matcha latte was good too because it tasted subtle and had a fragrant floral tea taste which I liked but the Lemon Custard flavor stood out to me. Got a scoop and it satisfied my sweet cravings. read more

So my family and I visited this location on Father's Day and I only came to Yelp to personally send a huge shoutout to Angel. He held a smile the entire time we were in the building. His customer service was excellent and that is very difficult to find now a days. He was very helpful and just had a great personality overall. I made sure I got his name because he needed to be acknowledged. Thank you for being awesome. Oh and this isn't our usual BR location just decided to visit this one because we were craving ice cream. read more

The best Bakin-Robbins shop around!!! 1 million stars!! Always so friendly and helpful which makes it a very positive experience. Great selection and portions - great value for the $$$. The entire team there has always been very friendly. Cheers!!! read more

Literally just had the worse experience here. I go get a double scoop and a banana split after receiving my order I wanted to pay and leave but no the server attended to a few others and didn't process our order. Then a customer who walks in and knows who I'm assuming is the manger taller whit gentleman. He helps them and gave them their order for free and walked away and still didn't help us. So i finally I said I'd like to pay after waiting 20 minutes and watching him give others free ice cream and his response was "sorry I didn't see you there" but he had a whole conversation about his granny who is out on bond and has a warrant out for her arrest but didn't see the two customers waiting to pay this is truly horrible customer service I hope someone reaches out to me. read more

I love ordering ice cream cakes at Baskin Robbins in the summer. So refreshing with every spoonful. I found a coupon online for $3.00 off an order of $15 or more. I selected a bucket cake with some characters on top with cookies and cream ice cream and white cake. The top was graham cracker and resembled sand. Delicious from the first bite to the last. We had a group of 6 people enjoying the cake and we all had plenty. read more

The ice cream is nothing spectacular. There are many many flavors. So there is definitely something for everyone. The price here is a bit much for so little. But I guess you're paying for the many different flavors available. I had the chocolate almond which was loaded with almonds. That was a good thing about it. The guy who served our ice cream seemed to have been in a hurry. Felt a little rushed to order. They need to work on the customer service a little. read more

First time ordering a Baskin Robbins ice cream cake online (used the app) from this location. The workers are nice and friendly. They confirmed what message/decorations I wanted on the cake when I arrived to pick up my order. I asked for a message and some flowers on top. The location was easy to spot as well. I ordered the 1/2 sheet Oreo triple chocolate ice cream cake with a white cake inside for my grandma's birthday. My family and I loved it. The half sheet size (6"x8") is $33.99 and serves 8-12 people. We served a little over half of the cake for 6 people. One person ate a huge part of the cake though haha. I would say it can serve 14 or more people if it's cut evenly in smaller slices. The cookies n cream ice cream tasted delicious. It had chunks of oreo cookies inside the middle, and the cake layer is a classic vanilla cake flavor. The cake complements the chocolate fudge on the border, and the cream was the perfect sweetness. If you love chocolate, the Oreo ice cream cake is for you! read more

Love this place. It has been here forever, but always looks clean and new. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful. I've done a lot of sampling here, and the staff are not only accommodating but seem to love helping us find our favorite flavor. Have purchased more than one ice cream cake for special birthdays and have been super happy with the quality, taste and exceptional ready to buy selection! My two year had a birthday cake from them and now my 7 year old daughter is getting a birthday cake from them. They are kind, respectful, and pay attention to details for everything! I even came at night one night and bought $40 worth of ice cream for the household. They labeled it so my girlfriend wouldn't accidentally get sugar. It was my daughters 2nd birthday and since we previously ordered a cake in Agust I decided to order another one in October . Terrible customer service. Went in tonight and walked straight out. We will never be back.

I've come to this location many times and I feel it has gotten better. On this particular visit, the normal crew of teenagers had additional supervision. Which made the experience pleasant and fast. With 4 families ahead of us, the line quickly descipated and I was able to get my mint chocolate chip. The ice cream at baskin robbins is always good in my opinion, but nothing ground breaking. And i have no problem with that since I am always assured that on a hot, triple digit day I will have a tasty treat from baskin robbins. read more

The ice cream is always great at Baskin-Robbins. But the service at this store was amazing, Nick was so friendly and happy. The store was clean and the atmosphere was fun. It was super crowded, which is a good thing but the team moved people through quick. I did not feel rushed and Nick made some great suggestions on flavors. Thanks 31 Flavs. read more

Any basking robin location would be the same for me and my family to enjoy an ice cream but this location just became our favorite thanks to Nick , he did a great job , customer service was great , I seen nick how he would greet every customer and thank them for coming when they would leave with a positive attitude and a smile, you don't get to see that often, a person that loves their job and enjoys every second of it . They had no tip jar, I believe they can't take tips, otherwise I would of definitely tipped him . I had to go back and ask for his name to write this review because receipt didn't show his name. I definitely see him as the manager/supervisor of this and other locations. read more
