The items I like are always there. The service is friendly and knowledgeable about their product. I love daquri ice and Huntsville always have it, I buy it by the gallon. I've been visiting this same location since I was a child. The ice cream is delicious and I enjoy sitting inside. The place is very clean typically, sans summertime when there's always a line and lots of kids. I want to shout out to current employee Kay. She has made fresh waffle cones for my family and they are so good fresh and warm! She is so kind, patient, and helpful. She also has beautiful hair that matches her glasses. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Megan. There was a packed house in there tonight and she was serving everyone seemingly by herself. One girl was making waffle cones (even though there were about 40 already made) and another (albeit in an arm sling) doing something else. But Megan was taking orders, getting samples for a family with two kids who wanted about 9 samples apiece, cashing people out, and had a line to the door. No help, just her, doing it with a smile! We're Baskin-Robbin's fans, it's a regular treat when we're out and about. This is the second time we've been here at this location and we've been disappointed both times to find no chocolate chip in their counter - a staple of their brand found pretty much everywhere. Their service is always good though, and they keep the dining area fairly clean. But please bring back the chocolate chip! read more

This place is terrible. Management is awful. There was this guy working name tag said Syd. He stunk and when we first got there he was outside in the front of the store smoking. Then he went in and behind the counter to wait on people. I was disgusted we just left. I always order cakes but I got one a couple of weeks ago and it was awful. Decoration was nothing like I wanted. They got rid of the girl that used to do cakes and now they're awful. The place is nasty. There was a fly inside one of the ice cream tubs in the freezer where they serve the ice cream. The owner is a complete idiot. People should take their business somewhere else. . read more

First time here & very disappointed. Asked if they had anything with no eggs due to grandson having an allergy. We were only ones to be helped, staff directed me to read labels & didn't seem to want be bothered. Labels pretty small to read! Than I asked for a scoop in a cup & staff proceeded to use a large cup I said not that size she snapped my head off with response we don't have small cups!!! Like I'm supposed to know that... I watched her serve others as the came in & she just has very bad attitude. Such a shame. We won't be back. read more

RUDE manager! I used to get an email for a free cone on my birthday. I go in today and ask if I can show my i.d. because no email came this time. The worker goes to ask the manager in the back, worker comes back and says her manager says theres nothing they can do. I said, so I'm just s.o.l. for my birthday, she laughs and says yeah. Its a $3 scoop of ice cream, really? I'm not going to take the time to go there and lie for a freebie, plus I have my i.d. way to ruin a person's birthday celebration! Fucking rude! read more

I recently went to Baskin Robbins with my girlfriend around 7:50p.m. On a Thursday April 11 2019 as I walk in I look around to decide what type of ice cream I wanted the lady ask me what I wanted when I just walk in so I told her that I'm looking and so I found what I was looking for or wanted and patiently waited to be serviced another women walked in and got served before me and I stand and waited and noticed as the women was serving the lady that she cut her eyes at me as if I was in the wrong place in African American mostly or as I would get perceived by people at first sight and don't deal with racism my girlfriend white I just not keen on being ignored while others are served and looked at as if I'm out of place read more

These people that work there at night are the most unprofessional, fake, and disrespectful employees I've ever met. So I showed up at 9:20pm with my family of five on Wednesday, 29 Dec 2021. As soon as I open the door the two female employees yelled we closed with an attitude. Yet, there were a group of seven teenagers eating and hanging out in all the tables. Double standard in this place and I blame the management because there has been many complaints here and on Google reviews. I am extremely displeased with my service here tonight. The employed helped my brother and then proceeded to completely ignore me. I waited in line for over half an hour, while people who came in after me were served, before finally giving up and leaving. My family and I have been going to this location for many years and I am extremely disappointed in the way I was treated at my last visit. A rare 5 stars from me, and it's a result of the service. Other places I go have young adults with bad attitudes -- it's frustrating to see that around town. They either look like they hate their job, they don't want to be there, never smile, unfriendly, etc. I took me kids there yesterday for the first time. The younger working was outstanding! He smiled the entire time, gave us his undivided attention, was sweet to my kids, was professional, dedicated, and truly have the impression that he loves his job. I hadn't seen anything like this in... I don't k ow how long. That long. Note to manager: you have an outstanding employee there who represents your business beautifully. This shop over charged me and refused to correct the price. Before I order I make sure the coupon I had a BOGO free of equal value was good for what I was ordering. I ordered two Triple cups the employee charged me 6 single scoop $16.14 and only discounted $2.69 the value of one scoop. We were argument about how discount works even the coupon said in black n white. Employee told me the coupon deal for only 1scoop discount and that was completely incorrect. The employees supposedly tried to contact the owner and said they were going to have the owner contact me the owner still has not contacted me after several days. Then I again show the coupon to the employee stating it was good for BOGO up to triple size. Then employee said I don't and only give one scoop for BOGO free. There is another GOOD ice cream shops people can go please do not waste your money at this shop. That was bad idea to try use coupon at this shop.
