Complete joke. Took my van in with an oil leak. They was asked to diagnose and repair. They…read morediagnosed the oil filter. £90 and 2 days later I gi to collect the van. Next day back on the road. The engine blows ,Causing a hole in the block. (complete write off) COST FOR NEW ENGINE £6500!!! Went back to halfords who said get it recovered and invoice us for the recovery. (only days later they refuse to pay). They arrange me a curtesy van, only for it not to turn up even AFTER THEY TOOK MY BANK DETAILS!! They then impounded my van for 2 days diagnosing it as an 'internal fault' it was only at 5:30pm when I called them very angry they told me the con rod had snapped. Next day I go in. Member of staff admitted they knew the van engine could have blown up!!! He admitted negligence!! (we was on the motorway when the engine blew loosing all acceleration, only having brakes and no hard shoulder but because we used the brakes we then destroyed the clutch!! Put in a complaint to head office who's response was the van has just died. (please note engines do not just go bang straight after being repaired for an oil leak) day 2 of being there they then called the police on me because they realised they had caught themselves out. Police authenticated recording and said it was 100% legal. I had flagged to police they were refusing to either charge me, give me paperwork or keys! Police gave halfords 3 hours to make arrangements to get me either my keys or paperwork. they decided to push my van out onto the main road onto double yellows and called me to get my keys. Manager from another branch came. Phoned me and said 'we are not getting involved come and get you keys and van' long and short of a long winded situation--investigation was carried out 'internally' BY THE PERSON WHO DID THE ORIGINAL Work full of jokes. Highly unprofessional, highly incompetent, completely in appropriate (conflict of interest). Rude on the phones. That's if they even answer.

Found this little gem of a garage after working down the road at RAF Odiham. Taken both my cars…read morehere for various work and MOTs over the past five years. The owner Jim is a top bloke that will always do his best for you at a price you can afford. Straight up honest and truthful and doesn't try and blag you into any work that doesn't need doing (like some garages do). His team work on all types of motors even the more obscure American models such as Dodge, Chrysler etc. My only regret is I'm now posted to a separate base and I'll no doubt struggle to find an equally good garage to get my car fixed!

I have been coming here for years, live 30 miles but it's worth the drive. You save so much money…read moreover other tyre companies it's insane. A few years back I changed 4 tyres on a subaru impreza and on my way home, purely for comedy value I called my local quik fit - was quoted £250 more for exactly the same tyres on a special offer lol! You'd have to live a very long way away to not go here.
