We only had the viewing there but there is a dining room for meals and various seating areas. The decor is rustic and nice. The funeral director, Matt, was great to work with. He was available at all times to answer questions and was very knowledgeable about every part of this process. I never felt pressured to make a decision or a purchase. They have a great selection of caskets and paper themes. Matt was great at directing attendees and handling all of our requests. Anyone planning a funeral is going through a crappy time. I really felt like the Buxton family made this period of my life as easy as possible and I totally recommend them.

We are a large and spread-out active-duty military family and were scrambling. All County did not return voicemails or emails asking for clarity. WHY? -All Country scheduled LANDSCAPERS, visible and audible from inside the chapel service, cutting trees at the time my family was forced to accept. WHY? Seriously, wtf. -Prayer cards had wrong birth and death dates. (VERY wrong dates, not small ones that could be missed.) When this was pointed out at the service, family members (with the widow of the deceased present) were told "it doesn't matter." WHY? Just remove them and say "We will fix this asap if we can." That such a response was within the boundaries of "acceptable response to guests at a service" is a sign of professional rot. Again, wtf. They are very efficient and the Chapel is a nice setting, but a cavalier attitude toward HUGE mistakes is a sign of professional rot. They will ignore, deflect, and deny until the last minute leaving families floundering. I can only offer a mixed review.

They quote you prices for service but the correct process is you should be given a itemized price list and you pick what you want. And not what color you burying the deceased for the casket you are suppose to pick the casket. Each item of service should be itemized with a price not the word included. Death certificates are 10.00 with the health dept and she charge 20.00 with no explanation of why. If any of the above has happen to you more than likely you've been overcharged and should contact the Funeral Compliance office in Tallahassee at (850)413-3039 to file a complaint. To be taken an advantage of in the time of a love death is the lowest but if everyone file a complaint this can be stopped. I filed a complaint. Miina was a life saver. She worked with the VA and I did not have to do anything. This was…read moreimportant because I had gotten sick and could not think due to the overwhelming grief. Miina walked me through everything and made this very difficult time more tolerable. I am so grateful for how nice, patient, empathetic, and caring Miina was with me and my needs. Miina arranged the priest for the service as well. At a time when I could not tolerate decisions or problem-solving, Miina stepped up and made sure to help me make my husband a nice service, memorial and military honors and burial. I would have been lost. All County is a very busy funeral home. Yet, Miina explained things like time-sensitive forms for death certificate and the importance of checking that the information I put on this form is correct or it will lead to long delays to have the death certificate corrected. She checked with me two times before she submitted the form I was responsible to fill out for the death certificate both by email and the phone so I understood the significance of checking every letter and number. I appreciated that she checked two times, knowing I was struggling to pay attention. This is a form filled out not by staff, but by me - the person burying the loved one. She made sure I understood that how I fill out this form is how it goes to relevant agencies. Miina always responded within the same day to emails or calls and she always let me know if she would not be available on certain days. At the end of the day, funeral services are a busy non-stop business. I always felt taken care of by Miina. Of course, I also did not expect things to be done for free - I requested services and expected to get the chosen services for stated fees which are provided to us. I see reviews of people being angry because they expected a business to provide a service for free or angry because the person filled out that death certificate data form wrong, so they blamed the staff when the staff does not fill out that form for the death certificate - the family member is responsible for that form. I get it. It is a hard time, things are hard to process, and it is really hard to pay attention. I also get that I am not the only person to which they are providing services. In addition, there are other agencies the funeral home has to work with and has absolutely, no power over how and when those agencies get things completed. Yet, with all the complications of working with multiple outside agencies to complete everything so we can get to the service - I felt looked after by kind, caring, and empathetic staff - always! I found Miina and All County to be honest, informative, helpful, up-front and really caring and compassionate. I found Miina to be thoughtful and conscientious in her efforts to make things easier for me. She was a helpful guide and I am so very grateful for her going above and beyond in ensuring the things I asked for were completed even when I was not capable of following through or following up. I recommend Miina and All County because they showed up for me! I do point out that the individual also has to manage expectations - in other words, unrealistic expectations always lead to disappointment. I was not disappointed in any way whatsoever. I expected to buy the services I requested for the prices printed.
