Was told numerous times the wait was 2-3 months out for someone to come by, yet I tried to set an appointment, and they "don't make appointments." I understand the Permian Basin dynamic of the customer being at everyone's mercy, but how do they even do business?? They won't return your call even if they say they will, so skip this place all-together. Not worth it.

On one occasion, we had a minor misunderstanding regarding a mirror size. While I was explaining the situation to the counter staff, Shannon (who I believe is the owner) stepped in. After I briefly explained the issue, he immediately said, "I'll take care of this and get it back to you today." No questions, no hassle, just great customer service. As promised, I had my mirror back the same day. That kind of service is hard to find. The quality of their work is excellent, and everyone there is just great to deal with.
