After losing my "Oxford Strong" hat in the north end of the parking lot earlier this evening, I called the 'lost and found' department, I shared I was looking for an "Oxford Strong" hat with a yellow and blue pom. The individual on the other line said she did not see anything like that and hung up on me. Did not ask for my name and number in the event the hat was found. I was shocked. Completely shocked. We have read about the "on-going support" from our friends to the north, but obviously not. I purchased the hat the day after the event as all the profit went directly to the families of my community. Thank you for the lack of empathy. I will not be shopping here again.
