Amazing studio on the second floor with all kinds of dance, yoga, meditation/wellness, and cycling…read moreclasses. I've attended the DANCEBOX class taught by Illiana and it was such a cathartic and inspiring experience unlike any other dance class I've had. It was a mix of sexy, empowering, emotional, badass, and hyped up class that really makes you feel tied to the community. I also took the Sound Healing class taught by Angela. The studio had comfy cushions and blankets provided. She has the most soothing voice and it was a great environment to meditate while not feeling too overcrowded. The studio is really clean and feels new. It has a great ambiance and welcoming environment. The bathrooms are very clean and have nice toiletry brands. Lockers are available and you can bring your refillable bottle for water. Parking is free and easy downstairs in the underground lot.

It felt a little nostalgic in a good way (like a quiet, reverent Sunday morning space). The yoga room is open and uncrowded, so you can choose where to place your mat and feel comfortable settling in. Before class, Angela personally introduced herself and checked in about injuries and/or needs, which immediately created a feeling of care & safety. The class itself is an intermediate-level, non-heated yoga flow. Angela guided us through a gentle opening that gradually built into a longer, flowing sequence, and then invited us to move through part of the flow independently, which happened seamlessly. From there, we softened into slower stretching and eventually into savasana. Angela's voice is warm, expressive, and soothing. She set a beautiful tone of safety, presence, and intention from the beginning and gently checked back in with those intentions throughout class. The sound healing during savasana was beautiful. Angela played crystal singing bowls and harmonized with the music, and the acoustics were so balanced and immersive that it felt like being surrounded by sound rather than simply listening to it. It was incredibly peaceful. (I didn't want it to end!) Overall vibe: The whole class had a beautifully crafted, almost cinematic feel to it. With the natural light, the pristine sound, and Angela's warm voice through the mic, it felt less like co-creating the space through breath and presence and more like being held inside a carefully designed experience from start to finish. It's a bit different than a more organic, co-created class...enjoyable in its own way. Practical notes: Free covered garage parking, elevators to the second-floor studio, lockers and showers available. Also, this studio provides free offerings to the community as well;-)

Oh my God, the most amazing update for you regarding Peak Brain, now they have to develop the…read moretechnologies so that you can do the training remotely! that means that they send you all the stuff that you need and you can do the training from home!! This is an absolute game changer for anyone but especially for me because I do not drive and I am on Social Security so I don't have the money to pay for an Uber to get there and back every time I want to train which you're supposed to do a few times a week every week for a couple months in order to complete a treatment session. In addition, I get chronic migraines so that limited my ability to go into the store in order to do training. But now that I can do it from my couch the whole experience is completely different! I can do it whenever I want at my own free time when I'm not sick and for free! I've already done about a month of training and while it does take a few sessions to learn how to put the electrodes on the different parts of your brain that need access there are staff members to help you at every return. The first six or so sessions are done over zoom so that they can help you from beginning to end and you can learn how to do everything on your own and then from there on out, they have a communication app with your own channel so that you can communicate with not only staff, but the main doctor, Dr. Hill anytime of the day seven days a week. They are always there to support and help you in anyway that you need and I was even able to do my updated brain map at home as well! So I can literally do all the treatment from home without ever leaving my house! I find that the treatment has been so much more effective as a result because I can do the treatment way more often and that is needed in order for long-term success! If going to and from the Brian water store was stopping you from trying Nero feedback ever before then now is your time to try it because you have no more excuses. Peak Brain makes it perfectly simple and accessible to do remotely from home or anywhere else you want it is done from a laptop computer that they provide with all of the equipment necessary And Support. Go check out the website and see if Neuro feedback is right for you getting in contact with Dr. Hill he is the absolute best, most intelligent, creative and compassionate man I have ever met that. Just also happens to be a neuroscientist and an expert in neural feedback. I will write more at the end of this treatment session to let you know about my results! Good luck!

I have so much energy now, its completely fascinating. I have been training with Dr. Andrew Hill…read moresince 2015 and I have never felt this much clarity in my life. I grew up having panic attacks and wondering why I have anxiety because logically it did not make sense. I had tried neurofeedback at another clinic in 2012 but I felt like it was a waste of time. I heard Andrew on a podcast and wanted to know what he saw on a QEEG scan.  He immediately recognized the source of all my problems and it has been the most wonderful adventure seeing and feeling my brain evolve ever since. I have all day focus now, I don't crave for naps like I used to, and I have become bored with weed and alcohol. I used to want to stay up late and dreaded the grueling day ahead, but now I look forward to feeling completely rested and approaching all situations with an even keel from the moment I wake up.  The most incredible difference I have noticed is how comfortable I am in social situations now. I used to panic when meeting new people, but now I am excited to learn about everyone elses perspective and style and approach to life. Music has a special place in my heart and I enjoy listening and playing guitar like never before. I also play tennis and the mind body connection in a match is now a challenge I am willing to endure and enjoy.  I appreciate and thank all the techs like Andrei, Jon, and Brian at Peak Brain for their help and making me feel like I already have a crystal clear brain every time I walk in. I give all thanks and credit to Peak Brain and Andrew Hill, for my wonderful transformation and tremendous guidance in my life.  Everyone can benefit from getting a brain scan, whether it be for sleep, focus or mental clarity. It is definitely worth a try.
