As a research writer in the health and wellness industry, I have had the pleasure of working with many doctors and scientists in cutting-edge medical protocols. Dr. Tieche's knowledge bank is truly vast, and it was evident from the moment I stepped into his office. His expertise in the field of medicine is unparalleled, and what sets him apart is his commitment to staying up to date on innovative protocols and treatments for his clients. Dr. Tieche's dedication to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements in medical treatments is truly commendable. As a patient, it was reassuring to know that I was under the care of a doctor who never stops expanding his knowledge and skills. This dedication to ongoing education translates into effective and cutting-edge treatments for his patients, making him worth his weight in gold in the medical community. He is in the forefront of the healthcare community and his pioneering efforts are where medicine should be- preventative health and wellness. In addition to Dr. Tieche's expertise, I was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of his staff. From the moment I scheduled my appointment, I was met with a team that was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly efficient. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was well-informed about my appointments and any upcoming treatments or procedures. The staff also ensures you are informed on every aspect of any financial commitment with a free consultation. They go over your concerns and possible treatments or procedures. Once you meet with the doctor all fees are again explained thoroughly. There are no surprises to costs. Working with many doctors in the field of Functional medicine, Dr. Tieche's fees and prices are fair-market value with some being less than what is typically charged. One aspect that stood out during my time as a patient at Dr. Tieche's practice was the multiple communication channels available to keep patients informed about their appointments. Whether it was through email, phone calls, or texts, the practice excelled in ensuring that patients were always well-informed and prepared for their upcoming visits.

I came to Essential Woman LLC in October 2022 for STD testing after being cheated on. It was one of…read morethe most emotionally difficult moments of my life, and it was also my first time ever needing this type of care. I chose this clinic because of the positive reviews, but my actual experience was deeply disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the staff felt cold and passive-aggressive. When I mentioned I had never had a pap smear before, I was told I was being "irresponsible"--a comment that was both unhelpful and shaming. After I tested positive, I returned for a follow-up, and the nurse, Cindy, made snide remarks about how "disgusting" and "common" STDs are. Instead of receiving care and empathy, I left feeling judged and humiliated. At the time, I felt pressured to leave a 5-star review because I was directly asked to, and I didn't fully process how inappropriate the experience had been until speaking with a new provider. What's especially upsetting is receiving a message from Cindy years later, holding up a sign with my name asking for a review. It instantly brought back all the shame and anxiety I felt in that office. For someone who experienced real trauma during that visit, being contacted this way is jarring and extremely insensitive. Healthcare should be a safe space--especially when patients are at their most vulnerable. Unfortunately, this was not the case here.

As the severity of my pain continued to grow worse.I had no quality of life or desire to keep pushing back from just giving up. Dr. Hall has been able to determine where much of my pain has been coming from and has with a few tests been able to help me feel like a human being again. I actually want to do things now. Dr. Hall provides documented findings to support his diagnosis and helps to educate you on how to help yourself. Dr. Hall is concerned and truly cares about his patients and he desires to make you feel better. I have been shocked, his attitude and approach is an unknown concept in the medical profession of today. I admit I was.skeptical at first but I feel so much better that I am a believer. It's unfortunate that he does not except most insurances and some of the tests he needs are not covered by any insurances. The out of pocket expense for test/medicines with insurance has been closed to $1200. But considering, I now feel human and actually look forward to doing things today and planning for tomorrow it was worth every penny. If you have mysterious aches and pains, and feel like you just can't go on one more day and no doctors seems to be able to determine the cause, considered investing in yourself and make an appointment to see Dr. Hall. God bless this wonderful doctor!

Pain was my normal, and restful sleep felt like a thing of the past. Now--just a few short weeks later--the difference is incredible. For the first time in 20 years, I'm dreaming again because I'm sleeping deeper and longer, without waking myself up in pain. I truly cannot put into words how life-changing this has been. Dr. Jiva ran bloodwork that my regular doctor never did and uncovered just how low I was on several important labs. She didn't guess--she investigated. And beyond her knowledge, her level of care is unmatched. She even called me after hours one evening--three times--because she didn't reach me on the first try. What doctor does that anymore? Dr. Jiva has gone above and beyond in every way. Her compassion, attention to detail, and genuine concern for her patients are rare. I wanted to try the service, see how it felt, and begin building a relationship with them since they have multiple locations in the area. Here is where things got complicated. I showed up at what I believed was the correct location in Ocala, only to find out my appointment was actually booked for the Lady Lake office. There was absolutely no way I was going to make it there in time. Honest mistake, but a mistake nonetheless. What surprised me was that the Ocala location would not honor the $99 promotional price. There was quite a bit of back and forth discussion with the manager. I generally have very smooth, easy interactions with local businesses and their teams, so this felt unusually tense and disconcerting for me. It was not the kind of interaction I am used to having. The sticking point was clear. The promotional pricing was tied specifically to the Lady Lake location and could not be transferred. You had to physically be at that office to receive that price. Policies are policies, I understand that. But as a customer who was actively trying to give them business and establish ongoing care, it felt rigid. What also stood out to me is that there seems to be a lot of marketing layers around these promotions. Special pricing, specific days, specific locations, fine print attached. For a wellness clinic, it felt more complicated than it needed to be. That said, I am not writing them off. I am still willing to try again because I do like the concept of what they offer and I would prefer to build a relationship with a local clinic that has multiple locations. However, my next interaction will matter. If the experience is smooth, professional, and straightforward, I am happy to continue. If it feels complicated again, that will likely make the decision for me. For now, I would say just double check your location before you go and make sure you understand which office is tied to which promotion. It may save you a bit of frustration.
