We left Rosewell, NM and stopped in Gallup, NM for the night on our way to Sedona, AZ…read more We had dinner at 305 Fire Pizza, a popular wood-fired pizzeria known for its authentic, artisan pizzas with a charred, chewy crust made from heritage grain flour and cooked in an 850-degree oak-fired oven. The restaurant opened its doors in December of 2024. We really enjoyed the following pizzas and recommend trying: *Hot Honey Pizza with plum tomatoes, pepperoni, Kalamata olives and their sweet and spicy 305 hot honey glaze. *Pepperoni cheese pizza (be sure to drizzle their 305 hot honey glaze). We had excellent customer service by our waitress Naomi. Jenny the owner, came over to check on our table and was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is only open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. There's indoor and outdoor seating. We really enjoyed sitting outside next to their fish pond and listening to the live music. Check it out when in the area! Happy Yelping :)

Delicious choice if you're looking for cheesy and spicy. Downside, I noticed I was charged extra for the green chilis on my pizza when it was already on the menu description. The pizza restaurant is located on a one way street so additional parking may be needed if streets are full. Over all great pizza and worth checking out.
