"Can I go to the dentist today, Dad?"…read more That's the question my 7 year old often asks when bored on the weekend. Generally I kind of sit baffled, wondering if we have the money to support the kind of lifestyle my kid wants of constant dentist appointments. This idea of leisure-dentistry is so foreign to me that I sit, perplexed, and wonder what the world has come to, that my child does not want to go to the movies, or play sports, or even watch cartoons. No, it's Saturday. My kid wants to go to the dentist. Maybe, you think, the dentist is slipping my kid some heroin. My little one has become a drug addict and is just trying to get his fix. But no, when I take my child in, I'm with him the whole time. And it's.... well... it's a very fun dental appointment. When I think of my own dental appointments as a child really all I can think of is holding my breath and waiting for them to be over, but here, kids are relaxed, they can have fun, and the whole experience, from top to bottom, is designed to put both parents and children at ease. The front desk staff could not be more friendly or more efficient. A pet peeve of mine is when doctors run late, especially with kids. Now, granted, this is unavoidable especially late in the day, but I've never been late here. But their front lobby isn't too shabby either. While these days they still have you wait in the car (to avoid COVID spreading, etc), the front lobby is clean and welcoming and inviting to children. The hygienists are friendly and kind. They speak to kids at their level, and are gentle. They put both of my kids at ease right away. So much so that, yes, my youngest wants to keep going back. At the end of the treatment, Dr. Randy is a godsend. He's kind to kids, straight forward, tells you what to look forward to, what to look out for, and genuinely cares about his patients. If he could be my general practitioner, I'd do it in a heartbeat. The kids interact with him and have fun. You can tell that besides being a dentist, he's a good man, and this is a good operation to be involved with. At the end, what my son really wants. The toy. See, they give the kids quarters and they get to play the toy slot machine to see what kind of toys they get. They're always good. And I'd like to say that my son just likes his teeth cleaned, but no. He's just a sucker for materialism. But that's okay as long as he keeps brushing.

Efficient, professional and exceptionally patient and caring with young children. Very thorough and…read moreeveryone took time to explain x-rays, treatmentent and give preventative advise. Hands down best dentist my children have been to ( this us our 3rd)

I was a little bummed at first because they only take new toddler patients during the morning appointments (which requires time off work for me) but they have good reason - so it's not busy and they can introduce them to the place. Everyone on staff was very friendly. Our dental hygienist was absolutely great with my son! I thought he would be terrified but he did wonderful, I think because the staff was so friendly, personable, and knew how to work with kids. They have puzzles, blocks, and coloring pages in the waiting room. In the appointment room they had big stuffed animals and characters familiar to kids. They let him pick his own character toothbrush. My son wasn't keen on sitting in the big check up chair, but they encouraged him to sit in my lap and lean back while they checked out his teeth. They were very knowledgeable and had recommendations for me and could clearly answer my questions. I highly recommend this practice if your toddler or child needs to see a dentist!
