The crew of 3 worked aprox 5 hours each day and took 2 days to complete. It is hard dirty work and the guys were great. Respectful and pretty quiet. The system has been in for a week and the basement is dry...and getting better daily. A few downsides...the 70 feet of pipe in the ground has a giant mound over it the whole length which I now have to fix. We didn't have basement access from outside so the crew had to pass 1 bucket at a time out a window that unfortunately is right at our main entry. They did the best they could, but the decking and the shingle siding at the window area was trashed. Covered in mud/cement splatters and pretty scraped up despite the cardboard and plastic they laid out. I have some clean up work to do there as well. There is no "kim" copyright special cement...its quick crete... just add water home depot anyone can purchase. I figured about 1200 in labor and 2400 max in materials ( gravel,hoses,pitboss,matting and cement) I paid 9100.00 pretty big profit somewhere. All in all though....it was a flooding situation and the guys worked really hard and the system designed is definitely doing the job.

They them submitted jpgs with the computerized layout on the actual stone that was to be installed showing the exact sink and faucet placement. Once we approved they installed and looks great. One thing that I will say is that they were quite busy so we had to make follow up calls more than we should have. But that is really a minor complaint. I would highly recommend. The GMG website listed Berkshire Hearth & Home as a dealer so I began by emailing them with some basic questions. They were always quick to reply and answered all of my questions. I originally planned this to be a birthday gift for my wife which would have been in January but there was a really good sale that was coming to an end on 1 December so it was full steam ahead. We agreed on a charge for delivery and setup and after a few days Brad let me know that the grill had arrived and would it be convenient to bring it by the next day (I'm in Milford BTW). He gave me a one hour window for delivery and they arrived exactly at the 1/2 hour mark. Brad and his helper had the grill off of the truck and setup in just a few minutes. There was a shortage from the factory on the grill covers so afterwards I found one online from another vendor and ordered it. Since I'd already paid for a cover with my initial purchase I asked if they could refund the cost of the cover. They immediately replied that it would not be a problem. I left for FL to have an operation and these guys kept me updated. You might think there is better but I doubt it. So pleased. Added a few photographs of work being completed. The first flooring company we used to install the family room floor 20 years ago set up their chop saw in the family room and didn't block off the room from the rest of the house. We were cleaning dust from the entire house for months. Bischof closed off every room, set up their equipment outside and did a great job. They came exactly when they said they would, they did the work expertly and we are very pleased with the entire experience.

They gave us a cap on the number of stains to show us and one of the guys actually took white paint and splattered it on the floor and told us that was what white washed was. When challenged he just stared at his phone and refused to engage. Half way through the project we also realized we already had white oak on part of our floors once the carpets were ripped up and Joe's team took the new white oak WE had paid for without even asking us and did not adjust the price after we asked a number of times to see a revised quote. The old floor looked completely different to the new floor that was installed on half the floor. When we reached out to Joe to question this and also finish the job (his team left unfinished sections of the floor and all the shoe moulding), he ghosted us. The worst customer experience - would not recommend. If I could give negative rating I would!
