Everyday David made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. When I had questions, he would immediately address the question and make whatever change or touch-up I wanted. They were easy to work with and were great about touching base with me if there were any questions about the work being performed or any unexpected hiccups that arose such as an unexpected large roots to ensure the work was being done the way I wanted. I love how everything looks and my neighbors haven't stopped complementing my yard. They even commented about how clean everything looked when they finished and how respectful they were regarding neighbor's parking areas and space. After watching them work on my property for a week, one of my neighbors asked for their number to hire David himself. I would absolutely hire David and his team again. Here's a summary of the work his team performed. Excavated, removed, and replaced broken drainage line in the yard. Relocated large boulders from backyard to front yard planting area. Removed shrubs, concrete parking pad, and extra material from the site including old veggie beds, grassy areas being converted to mulch, and weeds. Installed 2 gravel paths, gravel sitting area, 2 retaining walls, vegetable beds, irrigation lines, gravel RV parking area, gravel parking spot, 2 gravel storage areas, 2 drain lines under the gravel, additional river rock border around my grass, rock ring with boulder edge around tree, and planting strips along the driveway. Planted new, and relocated and planted numerous plants including bulbs, grasses, ferns, and shrubs. The bid was highly competitive and excellent value. I strongly recommend David and his team.

Any issues that came up he took care of without question. The two gentleman that actually did the work were amazing, hard workers. They did an excellent job and definitely did things the right way. When they started the work, they were here every single weekday without fail. I have hired multiple other companies and these guys were by far the best I have experienced. The project was completed but not to the agreement. I wrote this off as a slight misunderstanding because a majority of the work was completed the way I was expecting. I did receive some bi-weekly maintenance until the sun stopped shining. This is where it took a turn for the worse. My maintenance stopped and my inquires both email and phone were ignored until the spring. the payments kept coming out of my account but I still received no service. I didn't get any contact until from them until I filled out a negative review of their services. Long story short. this company does not care about their customers only their bottom line. I would say this is hyperbole if I hadn't talked to Adam about this fact and I got a lecture about how the company can't be expected to act any differently and stay in business. There are many other companies out there I would NOT recommend this one. They seem to be more concerned with outward appearance and collecting as much money from their customers while citing justification based on a vague interpretation of a contract.

There was a concrete patio below the existing deck and we wanted to match that, w/ reinforcement for a hot tub. We got a couple bids for the job. Danny was the estimator that came out for Forest and he seemed knowledgeable and was punctual and professional. It was not the cheapest bid ($6600 for a 13'X16' 4" concrete patio w/ hot tub reinforcement), but the company is much more well established than a couple others we consulted so I put more trust in their work. Rigo is the guy we needed to work with on scheduling etc. for concrete work. This was a little rocky at first, but that had a lot to do with us needing to postpone the start till our deck was done, but then also work around a vacation we'd be taking, and make sure the concrete had enough time to cure before our hot tub is dropped. Despite a slight language barrier, we worked it out and even managed to get it done ahead of when we originally scheduled it. Punctuality is impressive with these guys. For 3 days they were waiting outside our house to start at 7:30am precisely. They had to remove a portion of fence and work around some foliage for access. They ended up encountering an unexpected drainage tube of some kind while digging and made sure to create an access point for us if it's ever needed in the future. The concrete looks great and matches our old patio so well, it's hard to tell they weren't poured together. Danny and I (and later Rigo) discussed treating the old concrete to help the matching. At the end of the work they did a great job of cleaning up the area and returning everything to normal. Rigo also helped us by showing us how to remove the fence portion for when our hot tub is delivered and left the top cap off because he said we'd really struggle to get it off if they put it back. I'm happy with the work, communication, and cleanup and trust if there are any problems I will be able to get them resolved. If we have further landscape needs in the future I will def be calling Forest for a bid.
