Napa seemed to have a relationship with Mausteller's. When the Napa guys were testing the battery, the guys from Mausteller's came over and offered their tester that would load the battery for a more accurate test. They tested the batter to verify it was bad and then quickly installed it. During the installation, they used a device to keep the electronics in the van from losing their memory averting the need to reprogram settings. Randy, Bud, and Scott were very personable, thorough, and explained things well. Scott was extremely careful while installing the battery to ensure nothing was damaged. After a day I saw that there was some leaking of fluid from underneath. I brought it up to them and they said that they saw that leak. I'm still confused to why they didn't at least inform me before they gave me the car back. They went aead and checked it and said it wasn't leaking. Next thing you know 5 months later my car transmission was shot again and I had to get rid of it. Terrible service

The New Garage invited me to bring in my car that day so they could take a look and show me exactly what I needed - and didn't need. After doing so, they explained everything to me in great detail, answering my numerous questions, and even spoke to my dad (an auto enthusiast who, even at 39, I respect above everyone on all things car) on the phone. The mechanics fit me in the schedule immediately following delivery of my VW's new shoes from Tire Rack and had the job completed in a matter of hours. These men were kind, reasonably priced (I called around to get multiple quotes), and very accommodating. I appreciated being treated respectfully and fairly & I highly recommend them!!! When everything was done he told me he put the new ones on the front (front wheel drive), which I was going to do that when I got home. But he said he had to take the wheels off for brake inspection so he just put them on that was cause it made sense and was no charge. There are place who would do this and charge $50. But he was good about it and said it wasn't any extra work.

My tailgate latch on my Honda Fit was sticking and the dealership said it would need a new part at $186 plus labor. They charged us just to look at at. We took it to Dailey's who said it just needed to be cleaned out and they did it as part of the service. No extra charge. This place is amazing. Waited about 3 hrs when they finally came to me and said the oil drain plug stripped & they're gonna charge me $170.00 for pan plus $79.95 for oil change. Being a bit naive I finally said "Ok". Then called my attorney brother-in-law and a friend who worked for Jiffy Lube for years. They both said Steve Shannon is responsible for the damaged, stripped plug not me. I told them what I was advised and they tried to say it was "worn out" and they're not responsible for stripping it while taking it apart. Eventually the supervisor said they'll cover the cost, but told me "Don't come in here ever again"! I waited another hour for an oil pan to be picked up and installed. They came to me again & said they broke one (of 3) "clips" on the new pan and had to order another pan. This is on a weekend so they had to drive me home & I went without a car for 3 days. Got car back on 1-5-26 and oil light was on. I contacted the Owner, Herb Shannon who referred me to the DM. Told them I should NOT have to pay for the oil change after all the issues and they disagreed. They offered a future "free" oil change but then they re-nigged on that. I was told to bring my car back in to find out why oil light was on. Brought it to another location and found that I was 1.5 quarts short of oil! The guy there was nice, added oil but I'll never go back. I gave them the opportunity to make it right by refunding me for the botched oil change, compensate for lost time, NO CAR for 3 days & damaging my oil plug but they refused. You choose where you'll go but I don't recommend Steve Shannon Tires.
