Working with him, however, was a completely different story. He was rude, righteous and phenomenally disrespectful. When I spoke with our contractor about the experience, he said Bill has a reputation for demeaning women and that his (the contractor's) wife, who manages their business, refuses to work with him directly due to chronic mistreatment. While the rest of the world is living in the 21st century, this particular engineer is stuck in a time warp where women don't have the right to vote, never mind own property. Holy smokes. He was responsive, courteous and came out that weekend to look at my fence project. He gave me a written quote within a day. I accepted the quote and he scheduled to come that same week. He also replaced my PVC gate that had dropped on one side; therefore, it was not closing properly. Luis is very hard working, diligent, respectful and honestly a pleasure to interact with. His price was amazing and I was so impressed with his work ethic, attention to detail and checking in with me to make sure I was happy with his work.
