Vincent assisted my mom in choosing a cabinet. He and another man loaded it for her. However, Vincent went out of his way to talk with Mom, make her feel valued, and advised that he likes elders. Employee was rude. Older man with gray beard named David. I went in to the Jonesboro store to pick up some lumber my husband had ordered. We are building our new home. The employee was loading the lumber from a forklift onto my truck. He had a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and I asked did he mind putting it out. The smoke was making me sick. He commented then I should move the "fuck out of his way" and I wouldn't smell it! He was very rude and unprofessional. read more

They claim to have a great selection, but only in certain departments. Their displays are lacking. More colors and designs could be offered, rather than a not so great few. Custom is not custom, if you can not order what you need or want. read more

We ordered our cabinets through them for our new construction. It was extremely difficult to talk to anybody on the phone regarding delivery. Then when they were finally delivered and the install began, I had to consistently text them to remind them they needed to finish. They started in September of last year and the cabinets still aren't done, they were done poorly, and I'm just honestly tired of having to remind them to come do their job. read more
