I'm not sure where all these good reviews came from because my stuff was damaged beyond repair. These people did NOT take care of my belongings at all. They are fast, but that's because they just throw your belongings into the truck to get it loaded as fast as possible to get the U-haul truck turned in on time. Very unprofessional, inexperienced movers. Response to owners comment: You have my number, but you continue to not respond to me!!! You have in NO WAY tried to reach out to me!!! Don't act like this is some made up review! For you to call yourself a Christian, and throw God's name out there just to get business absolutely sickens me. You never treated my family or our belongings with any care or kindness, and your three workers didn't either. I am 72, I hired movers to get me from New Jersey to Chicago. I hired movers to get me from Chicago to Highland Park, north of the city. I hired movers to move me from Highland Park, Illinois to Brookland, Arkansas. I hired MJ Movers to get me from Brookland to Jonesboro, not the longest drive, and still, I have a lot of stuff, a lot of easy broken stuff. For the first time in my experience, nothing was broken or lost or misplaced. None of the employees needed to be told what had to happen; they were unfailingly considerate of our needs. More to the point, they were unfailingly efficient and professional and friendly. It would be easy to write that I would hire them again; I am not hiring anyone to move me ever again unless it is in a hearse. read more

I would absolutely recommend! After a bit of miscommunication on the date I needed them (probably my fault), they honored the time and came on their day off to help us load a truck. The crew was polite, quick and professional and they packed the furniture in the truck to minimize shifting and breakage over the 700 mile move. We arrived with everything in one piece with no damage and exactly as they had skillfully packed it. We were impressed with this crew and especially after that they came on Sunday to help even though they were technically closed. Class acts all the way around. read more

When you are not a super human young person anymore and need a good mover. Call MJ Movers. Professional, Prompt, Kind and Organized company. They can pack a 16ft trailer tight in 90 Minutes and unpack it in 45 minutes. 2-bedroom house = 2 full loads, 2 movers @ 4 hours. I consider that amazing diligence, they could have milked the whole day if they wanted to on a per hour charge rate. My belongings were kept as scratch free as possible, they cared about my stuff more than I did. Will use again, any time I need to move something. read more

We are in the process of moving from Atlanta to Jonesboro and had more items than North American could fit on the truck. That left us with with two rental truck loads of items. MJ Movers rescued us. They have worked for us on a couple of different occasions. Always reliable, friendly and dependable. I have some very heavy and fragile furniture pieces. on this last occasion, we had an incident where my china cabinet that is all glass had one panel shatter. Highly recommend them! We moved from Arkansas to Arizona. They were right on time to load everything and arrived in Tucson the day they promised. They were very careful with everything and wrapped all the furniture in blankets and wrap. Not one thing was damaged and when they unloaded the truck they put every piece of furniture in its place. We hired MJ to help with loading at the "move out" phase of our move. They packed our truck in about 2.5 hours which involved a 3br 2 ba home plus outdoor lawn equipment. We had another company meet us at the other end of our move in another city and I wish we could have had MJ there.
