We gambled her for a few hours and ate lunch in the restaurant. The blackjack tables were not fun, had no energy and the dealers had bad attitudes. Roulette was fun for my wife. The restaurant was decent and fast. They have a small buffet bar that looked quite good for what it was. We would try it again.

Out of all the casinos this one is by far the friendliest! Everyone I encountered was so personable. As a bonus this one want as crowded, hence less cigarette smoke! There were many old school slots I hadn't seen in many years! The restaurant, hands down had the BEST food, service, and prices!! I will never waste money on over priced horrible food at competitors. This is absolutely 100% my go to stop of choice, for food and gambling! Update... food is still just as amazing!! (Sorry I ate some already!)

Avoid this place. If you're disabled it's very difficult to maneuver. The casino portion has one disabled parking space.

This place is very poorly run and their management is unwilling to make accommodations for disabled people. God help you if you use a cane, walker, or wheelchair. The doors are not automatic and there's only one disabled parking space next to the casino. When we notified the manager of the fact that the only disabled parking space was occupied by a vehicle with no disabled permit, he basically said it wasn't his problem. He was nasty and unwilling to help. We're making formal complaints to State and federal authorities about the lack of accommodation. Other casinos in Jackpot, Cactus Pete's, are compliant with ADA requirements and their staff help disabled patrons.

Such a lovely but short stay

We were driving from Las Vegas and trying to make it to Twin Falls, Idaho but the highway 93 at 2AM is really not the most pleasant place to drive through so this town just popped out of nowhere. We didn't realize we were at the border with Idaho and it looks like this town is for people from there to have fun in Nevada. The receptionist at the front desk was the kindest and sweetest woman, she was so patient since we wanted to look at the rooms before getting one. We also bought a few items from the gift shop. $60 gets you a Motel type of room that's a 5 minute walk to the main building. It was not very impressive. However the $80 room was in the main building, clean, modern and proper and perfect for a night's sleep. Since we had to leave the next morning, we didn't get to really see the Casino or restaurant but the vending machine was well priced and worked as a makeshift snacking stop.

It is a basic hotel with a mini casino and little cafe restaurant called Cafe Blanca. People can smoke in the casino but not in the rooms but it's all in the same building sharing the main hallway so you definitely smell the smoke. Says no smoking but in reality the whole place is smoking. The room has extremely thin walls so you literally csn hear other peoples conversations. There is a tv, mini fridge and basic bathroom. Make sure you bring your own everything because they dont give sample size anything. The room was $84 for a one bed which was a very old spring bed. You can not change the temperature in the room since it's in a lockbox. It was 85 in the room all night, so we couldnt sleep. We did try turning the wall ac on and it was extremely loud and didn't cool the room off, maybe a degree or two. It is much cheaper than the other casino but extremely basic and old. Also the windows are glued/painted shut.

The bed is basically a rock, and the place smells of must and smoke (despite being nonsmoking). They don't have working fire alarms (and those beep at 3:30 am to remind you of that). The outside doors don't lock, and the place is dated as all hell. The front desk is fake friendly, which is fine, but the "no refund" signs make everything a bit awkward and uncomfortable if you do have an issue. Bed bugs are probably there. We slept the minimal amount needed to left home and got the heck out of this crap hole. I'm honestly shocked this place is allowed to stay open.

My initial booking through Expedia was for a queen wheel chair accessible room. Akey noticed this and asked me if it was what I wanted because there would be no bath. He upgraded my room to a king with bath. I am so glad because after traveling all day I wanted to refresh and unwind. The room was very clean. The toilet had a paper fastener to show it had been attended. The floor was clean. The bed was comfortable. The desert gets chilly at night and you can open the window to the rooms for some cool fresh air and not even use the a/c. I am happy here and I would stay here again. The building seems to have good bones. The siding on the exterior looks fairly new and the walls inside are in good shape. UPDATE: it's 11:48pm and I woke up with a start. A car alarm was sounding repeatedly and it was mine. I tried to call the front desk and it went to voicemail. I had to go outside in my pajamas. Simone had been meddling with vehicles because a Ford pickup had flashers going. I rang the front desk bell and a half asleep young woman came out of the office. I was trying ti ask her about car theft and she barely understood what I was saying. She went outside and came in chuckling telling me that didn't happen.
