My wife was in the ICU in Albuquerque for three weeks. Some friends sent an arrangement to our home in Santa Fe. I answered the delivery man's doorbell ring from the hospital and explained that we were not there to take delivery and couldn't have flowers in the ICU anyway. He agreed to return them to the florist. I got a call that afternoon from Justin at Barton's and, after wishing my wife a speedy recovery, he said he would repurpose the arrangement and to let him know when we were back home. Over two weeks later, I texted Justin to let him know my wife was finally out of the hospital. Very soon afterward an amazing "table scape" arrived. My wife, an art teacher, loved it! We were so grateful for Justin's kindness and understanding and also for the artistic talent that went into that arrangement. Thanks! read more

I'm in Texas. I needed to order flowers for a friend and get them delivered on Easter weekend. Delivery was a no-go. So I called Lyft to do the pick up and delivery. The person I spoke to at Bartons Bloom Boutique was so super helpful! She even walked the arrangement out and had to search for the Lyft driver and even buckled the flowers safely in. It was SO far above and beyond!! And my friend reported that the flowers were beautiful and much appreciated. Thank you!!!! read more

Service is a joke. The lady owner was rude and talked down to her new hire that she wasn't training. Joke of a place. While I was in the store a customer came in as her order really looked horrible. read more

I have to say I am completely satisfied with the quality and service of this florist ! I live in California and I wanted to send something special to a friend living about 20 minutes away from Barton's. When you send an arrangement you are going off of what you see in a photo online , but in some past experiences I've had ,you don't always get what you see. With Barton's I have to say they definitely impressed ! It was even better than the photo I think and worth every penny ! I highly recommend trusting them to send the best quality arrangement ! read more

Great service, fair price, and great at taking an idea and designing a great piece! A lot of options as well.

Efficient and very courteous. They did a great arrangement for me and delivered it the same day. I Like them very much.

Barton Flowers do exceptionally beautiful flower arrangements. We went in to see about arrangements for our table and bar for a dinner party and the florist showed us Instagram photos of past arrangements that we could build on. The flower bouquets are absolutely stunning with more than a dozen different types of unique flowers. Their prices are extremely reasonable considering the quality of materials and the outstanding design. We couldn't be happier! read more

I was blown away as to how easy it was to place my order. I was calling from Los Angeles and had tried a few other places. I was getting frustrated as no one could seem to understand what I wanted. Then I came across Justin at Barton's Flowers. He was charming, upbeat and helped me pick out exactly the fabulous arrangement I wanted. He notified me when they were delivered and sent me a picture so I could see the flowers myself. I would give him 10 stars if I could! read more

If you are looking for a good florist in Sante Fe, look no further than Barton's Flowers. We came from out-of-state for a memorial service at Sante Fe National Cemetery and wanted a nice arrangement for the service and Celebration of Life. The service on the phone was wonderful. There was a problem obtaining the specific colors I wanted, so they called back to work out an alternate design. The end product was absolutely perfect. Also, I had arranged to pick up the flowers in lieu of having them delivered. They were not only ready on time, but the staff was expecting me, helped place them in the vehicle so they wouldn't tip and gave expert advice on what to expect when arriving at the cemetery. Five-star quality and service. read more

I love my dozen long-stem red roses. They blossomed & lasted forever. Now they hang dried upside down & I am still enjoying! My boyfriend had not called in his order. You first told him no-can-do. Must call in order in sufficient time for you to work the magic you work. He persisted. He is persistent. Thank you for bending over backwards. He is totally worth it. Bartons is the best! read more

Ordering a floral bouquet from a distance is always iffy. Melinda at Barton's Flowers was very helpful, efficient and well-informed. She also showed much patience as I navigated the website, double checked spelling, and made my final choice. Her advice was good and she texted me pictures when I requested them. Sorry--I entered the wrong name! It was Melinda who helped me at Barton's Flowers. Thank you, Melinda! read more

Stephen and the rest of the crew at Barton's are amazing! Our wedding flowers were perfect. I received compliments on them all night. Barton's was so easy to work with and very warm towards me every I called. Definitely the least stressful part of planning the wedding. I called 5 places in Santa Fe for a simple arrangement of purple gladiolas for my father's Memorial. For various reasons--not open on Monday, would make me pay for an entire bunch even though I wanted 3, etc., I spoke with Melinda at Burton's. She was helpful and even though she didn't know if she could get purple, I knew she would try. She called me the next morning announcing that she got them. They made a beautiful, yet simple arrangement in a proper container for the cemetery. They were also reasonably priced. I highly recommend them! read more

Friendly, fast, helpful!! I was on vacation in Santa Fe (my husband is there for work) and wanted to send him some flowers and candy for his birthday. The woman on the phone made it super easy. And the delivery was fast! I live in NY but I'll be using them again. And I'll make sure to recommend them to the rest of the office too! read more

For a pop up wedding, we called Barton's and our request was met and exceeded. The team is passionate and compassionate. The designs are perfect. I loved my bouquet, and matching boutonniere, an eccentric mix of billy balls, succulents, queen anne's lace and eucalyptus. Thanks!! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Barton's Flowers. I met with Stephen rather last minute for wedding flowers after another vendor fell through and not only did they deliver but Stephen went above and beyond to makes sure my day was perfect! Other florists told me it was impossible to get certain flowers I had requested and the florists that could source some of the flowers that I wanted, quoted me an exorbitant fee. Stephen patiently listened to all of my requests, poured over pinterest photos with me to create the look I wanted and most importantly stayed in budget and delivered on magazine worthy florals. He even stayed for my entire (and very lengthy) wedding mass to relocate the church flowers to the reception space. Stephen and his team are so friendly and kind to work with and definitely relieved some of my wedding planning panic. Barton's arraignments are so stunning and one-of-a-kind, that they make you take notice- which few florists do anymore. I cannot recommend Barton's anymore and hope to work with Stephen and his team again! read more

Barton's was the florist for my wedding. The arrangements were beautiful, bouquet was perfect, flower crown was amazing. The boutonnières were also awesome. We contacted Barton's about providing our wedding flowers (couldn't visit in person since we don't live nearby). They were extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. I was told to email a list of exactly what I wanted to a woman there, and she would provide a quote. I did so, waited two weeks, didn't hear anything, emailed again, and still no word. I gave up. Finally, out of the clear blue - 6 weeks after my initial email (!!!) - the woman responded with the laziest, most unprofessional email possible; it was just a list of quotes - no salutation, no apology for her tardiness, no "thank you", nothing! Just "here it is". Oh, and essentially nothing in her email was capitalized (she must be the busiest person on earth to not waste those precious seconds capitalizing letters!) I recommend not trusting Barton's with any large or expensive orders!! read more

Fantastic! I placed an order online for next day delivery and called to see about having the flowers today instead of tomorrow. Not only did they happily change the delivery date but my Mom got her flowers within a couple of hours of me calling. Great customer service. Thank you! read more

What a joke. I called and asked if they have any pre-made floral arrangements and I described what I was looking for. The gentleman that answered the phone said they don't have any already made like that, but if I come in they could make one for me in about half an hour. I got there and they said they couldn't even look to see what white flowers they have until later this afternoon. It's 10:45am now. Don't bother wasting your time with this company. I'll go down the street to one of the other 3 florists all OPEN today. read more
