Staffing is an ongoing issue. Memory Care which houses 12 and up to 15 residents, appears to be in…read moreparticular disarray. Many times of the day and night there is only one care worker in Memory Care. The residents have varying forms of Alzheimer's or dementia. She was bragging how she's buzzed almost EVERY shift. Due to the time passing VERY slowly if she's sober. She pulled oughta the driveway the other day going to work, and backed-up right into a Ford pick-up truck, even left some damage on her Nissan - Sentra on the back side on the right side of her vehicle. Due to being highly intoxicated and this is how she goes to work. Looking after elderly, vulnerable people. It's a shame NOBODY has EVER noticed she's drunk sitting at the front desk.
