They are extremely friendly and remember your name after meeting you for the first time, which is the first sign of the attention they give to their clients. Michael and Abby always remember precisely what I need done as well as information about my life and whereabouts from the last time I was treated. They have also gone out of their way to accommodate me outside business hours, knowing that I am not always in the area, which is very much appreciated.
