I had a few trees needing trimming and the 2 guys got to the house and I offered them water after telling them what trees were the correct ones, I also noticed the guy I was speaking to looked stoned out of his head, his eyes were dark red. I went out after about 30 minutes to check it out and I hear one of them say "we only got this job cuz of DEI & we're black", I was stunned standing in my driveway, there were only 15 feet away from me and I hadn't even said a word to them except pointing out the few trees and asking if they wanted anything to drink, idk if he didn't know I was there or just didn't care. I went back out about 20 minutes later to check and offer them water again and check on their work but they refused again... needless to say showing up to your job high and calling your customers racist when they've been nothing but kind to you and accommodating is a great way to lose your customers. 2/5 for the stoned tree work. 1/5 overall wouldn't recommend. I will NEVER use your service again. You need to do better. read more

I requested tree cutting service and I encountered disregard and casual rudeness. Bartlett failed to attend their appointment and never called to cancel or reschedule let alone apologize. Next when I called another appointment was set and agin disregarded by Bartlett. Today I called again and Bartlett agreed to attend to the work immediately and then texted 30 minutes later stating that my "appointment" was set for Saturday (today was Tuesday). Bartlett service is nonexistent and without embarrassment for their failure to show up and never explains or apologizes. Dismal customer service. read more

After my trees were done I contacted Bartlett tree experts and talked to Juan and told him that all the trees that we had discussed were not sufficiently cut. After he came over to the house and observe the trees he said that they were 90% done and I said I felt they were 80% done however, I had paid 100%. He said they would come back and finish the job once they had returned to work. After waiting three weeks and seeing their trucks in my neighborhood I called four different times and left messages to have Juan called me and he has never called me back. I would never use this company again nor would I ever recommend them. read more

The price was very reasonable, they arrived when scheduled and were very good with calling to arrange a time to complete the work. The guys were great! We had an excellent experience using Tree Trimming & Associates. Owner, Way Hoyt, came out to the house and gave us the estimate explaining the pluses and minuses of the job. He plotted out a long term plan to manage the giant ficus tree in the backyard. We signed the contract and then waited six weeks for a date to become available. The crew showed up on time and worked hard for six hours completing the job. Way gave us the highest estimate for this job by a large margin but his knowledge and responsiveness are definitely worth a premium. My husband works in a hospital with a really difficult schedule, specially in this difficult times and strives to sleep enough hours, I have been sick for the last couple weeks and I have been struggling with my sleep, and this morning we were awoke by screams and terrible noise, we thought that there was a fight outside and where about to call the police, because all the clamoring, but oh surprise, we started hearing a loud laugh as well! And when we look outside from the window it was the people from this company talking and laughing at each other. HOW PROFESSIONAL!
