Dr Smith spoke with our physician while we waiting in her office and agreed to see my husband first thing the next morning. After seeing him Friday morning, surgery was scheduled for Monday. While in the hospital, Dr Smith made frequent visits, even doing the wound care himself for several days. He's meticulous and pays great attention to detail! I have never waited more than five minutes for them to call me back. The nurses are also friendly and helpful. They ask about how you are doing and take the time to listen to whatever silly story I have to tell them. They are way too polite to say they have other patients to see and they patiently listen and interject comments when it's appropriate.
