If I could 0 stars I would. I talked their incompetent receptionist (actually talked to two…read moredifferent receptionists) explained my situation. I was in between insurance and I was wondering how much my hip shot would cost. Both told me $121. When I arrived the day of my appointment I again asked the front desk lady If the price was right and she told me yes. A few days later I get a bill in the mail saying I owed more money (quite a bit more) when I called to inquire they man I spoke to said he would ask the front desk receptionist if that's what she told me. She straight up lied and said I never said that. Even though she told me to my face the day of the appointment. Instead of believing me they took the word of the receptionist and I had to pay. Would never come here if they lie about something like a tiny mistake and won't believe their patients what else are they capable of lying about or what length will they go to to cover up their mistakes?

Went to dr king for a broken ankle (diagnosed at urgent care). He came in told me I had a broken…read moreankle (which I knew), to wear a walking boot (which urgent care gave me) and to come back in 7 weeks and it would be 100%. He never looked at the ankle/foot (I'm hoping he looked at the X-ray). I asked if I needed to stay on crutches (he said no), asked if I should do some exercises for the muscles, ligaments, tendons in those 7 weeks (he told me no). I was billed $279 for this 10 minutes of advice I cancelled my follow up. Went to another doctor and was told exercise was important (which is what I had read online) and was told that the sprain would heal roughly along the same timeline but it would take a full year for the bone to be 100%. It would also take significant time to get my muscle/tendon strength back. This doctor actually examined my ankle and gave me exercises to do.
