I had an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was…read morewelcoming, friendly, and professional. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and I barely had to wait before being called in. Dr. Marco was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which really helped me feel comfortable and informed about my treatment. They were gentle, thorough, and made sure I wasn't experiencing any discomfort during the procedure. The office itself was very clean, modern, and well-organized, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for high-quality care in a comfortable and friendly environment. I'll definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately today upon arriving for my 3rd cleaning appointment at this office with a hygienist I hadn't seen before I was extremely disappointed. I was alerted by the hygienist I needed a full set of X-rays before my cleaning. I told her I would like to skip them and wait until my next visit (as I have had my fair share of X-rays this year and just wanted to put them off for a bit). keep in mind they have done work all over my mouth over the past year and do have an abundance of X-rays fairly recent of most of my teeth. She then proceeded to insist I have them and when I again kindly told her I wanted to put them off she went to "ask the Dr." upon returning she told me I had to have the X-rays as this was an "office policy" or she would not do my cleaning. I said ok I'll just skip it then and left. I am writing this review because after paying out of pocket for a significant amount of dental work to this practice I finally have healthy teeth and was only there for a cleaning which my insurance covered I felt like it was X-rays (which I am fully aware of what they can bill insurance for as I previously managed several dental offices and worked as an assistant in a few also) so they could bill more or no cleaning (which they don't get paid much from insurance) It just really changed my view of this practice and made me feel like once the cash cow was done the friendly service was too. Too bad because I thought I had found a wonderful dentist and this experience has made me seeking a new dentist.

I thought McKinley - Holloway was going to be a great Dentist. Started off good with filling a bad…read moretooth that my original dentist recommend the tooth being pulled and suggested a surgical extraction - I went to McKinley - Holloway she said she could fill the tooth - which I agreed to. Then they did all kinds of procedures that I didn't approve of - thousands of dollars of work was recommended. I told them I didn't approve any of these procedures done. I was given a credit and later had a tooth filled and a different tooth pulled. So the credit I had was used up. I went to a new Dentist this week they did X-rays etc and found two teeth that need to be removed and recommended another Dental Surgeon which I met with today. The charges for the two teeth is going to be less than I paid for one with McKinley. So in closing - the prices of McKinley is way to high and appear to only want to do expensive procedures. Very disappointing. I will say this the Dentist did do a good job as far as the removal of the tooth. Unfortunately the tooth she filled is now one of the teeth that will have to be pulled so I wasted a lot of money having it filled.

We saw reviews on Yelp for this nearby dentist and decided to come on in. I am a huge dental-chicken but I will definitely be going here after I witness how they treated my mom. The work was quick, excellent and priced fair. What I really liked were how nice the people were! Every single person that you have to interact with were kind, knowledgeable and understanding. The actual office environment is very inviting & bright with books and artifacts to put you at ease. I found the music to be a bit loud in the waiting room but I'm sure if I said something they would have toned it down. DDS, Ray McKinley wrote a fascinating book; you can read it or purchase it while you are in the office.
