This is a review for the pharmacy only. I stopped in about 11:00am to ask that a prescription be transferred to this store from a different pharmacy. The woman at the counter told me they would get in contact with the other pharmacy and that the prescription would be filled by early afternoon. When I went back at 5:00pm, they had called the other pharmacy, but did not have the prescription filled. The woman told me it would be a 15 minute wait. 45 agonizing minutes later, I finally got the 2 prescriptions I needed. I will not be going back. read more

HSA - Don't go here !!! !!! Pharmacy / Drugstore - Terrible ! Pharmacy would not let me use my HSA (health savings account) credit/debit card. They would not run it as credit. I needed Sudafed - per Doctors prescription. She refused to run it as credit, I asked her (Appriss?)- that was the transaction number. But the front counter has no problem with it when I bought something the prior day. I could buy a case of beer with it (I don't because that's not what is for) but for the pure unapologetic attitude of the older lady in the pharmacy. I'm very disappointed in there service and willingness to seek to understand- They don't care. Oh that's classic too, There website for feedback is a bunk link too- surprise! I have two encounters with the pharmacy, you must read this all the way through. The first encounter was the pharmacist refused to fill a prescription my doctor prescribed. When the nurse called to ask why they were very rude to her and said that they didn't want to disturb their inventory count...went to another Bartells they filled it just fine. Next encounter my husband called in a prescription it was supposed to be ready at noon on Sunday went there at 11 o'clock on Monday and it wasn't filled I asked the gal what's the deal I just drove 5 miles to get here and I can't wait I have groceries in the car she shrugged her shoulders. I'm so done with them the rudeness is extreme! Zero stars from me if I could. read more

pharmacy - transferred from cvs since this location was closer. bummed because they never pick up their phone lines and there's always issues. cvs is waaaaaay better. poor management & business etiquette for the sick & ill. medications are never ready and always delayed. read more

We've been customers of several Bartells for years for prescriptions and never had the issues like we've had here. 3 times I did not receive the correct number of pills so I started counting them before I left the store. This last issue was too much so we've switched locations. When I went to pick up my prescription for a quantity of 3, I was told the doctor's office only ordered 1. My dr's office called and was told that they were out until Monday. When my husband called, he was told it was an error and they could have it filled in an hour. 3 different stories and when this was pointed out, there was no response and he was curtly told that "the pharmacist would be notified". They have issues at this pharmacy and it's not like other Bartells which have all been amazing, friendly, prompt and accurate. read more

I have to say, I'm not one to "love" a drugstore but I do really like Bartell's (in general) and also this one specifically. Yes some things are unnecessarily pricier, BUT if you wait for things to go on sale, they seriously have some rockin' sales at times. Seriously awesome sales. Annnnd I love how many local products they carry. So much NW support , and a ton of natural / organic companies and items. Bravo! Plus everyone at this location (the silver lake one) is really nice. Honestly good job management for assembling such a nice team. I like everyone I have met here and I am here often. read more

I am not too keen on the customer service I have gotten here. Maybe I am just really spoiled with the Bartell I go to at Lake Serene, but the folks here just seem to be dragging through their day. I was going to start going here since it is closer to work, but I think I will keep my business at the other location. It's not like this one is horrible, just a tad lacking. read more

Pharmacy people all but ignore you. They are less than friendly and act as though your presence is an interruption of their busy schedule and proceed to ignore you (this has happened several times). If it weren't for the fact it would be a hassle to have my year long monthly prescription moved someplace else I would never go here again. read more

The north Everett location is the worst place to get your prescriptions filled and I will never go back. The counter help is rude and most of all, they are not able to do their jobs accurately. If I were Bartell's management, I would fire all these people and start over. It's a good thing for them, I am not their boss. read more

Came in for a piece of chocolate that I've gotten here before. They don't carry it anymore. No worries, that happens. I found another brand and went up to the counter to ask the price. Patti rings it up and stares at me. I realized she wasn't going to tell me so I look at the pin pad to see the price. I go ahead and get it. I mention to her that I ask because that doesn't have a price. I get a blank stare. She doesn't even tell me the total. I have to wait for the pin pad to catch up with the total and go by that. As I'm leaving, I'm already very annoyed with her attitude, I tell her to smile more. She finally spoke and just said, "whatever". Attitude really does make a difference and it reminded me why I stopped coming here. read more

The worst customer service ever. Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru. All the while watching them help customers the whole time. Very rude when I rang the bell again. I thought they could use a reminder that I was still waiting. What a joke. read more

The worst. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged. Waited another 35 minutes for an Rx pick up. After long wait, finally asked the staff member if my Rx was ready, and at that time she told me that it wasn't in, that my name wasn't in the system (I've filled SEVERAL prescriptions here... Usually with poor service), and asked condescendingly, "Did you tell them Bartell's? Silver Lake?" By this time, my doctor's office was closed and I left the store in severe pain, and without prescription. Also, the other girl behind the pharmacy counter was barefoot, which doesn't necessarily reflect on their service, but in my opinion - that's disgusting. Side note: the front end cashiers and photo counter staff have always been super friendly and helpful. It's like they're a different store than the pharmacy. read more

I'm writing because of so many bad reviews and I've honestly never had a problem and they charge MUCH less for my prescriptions than Safeway did. I have blue cross. It's probably worth giving them a phone call about 30 minutes before you show up but I find that's true with all pharmacies. read more

This pharmacy is so slow.. honestly they weren't like this before. Usually my prescriptions would be ready about an hour or two after I visit my doctors office. I called ahead to see if my prescriptions were ready and they said they were but when I got there she tells me another 20 minutes. I tell her I called and spoke with someone about it and she just says "sorry" ok..thanks for trying to fix it? Anyways if you want to retire before you get your meds come here. read more

The absolute worst pharmacy that I have ever used. There is such incompetence at this pharmacy. I put up with the rude and incompetent staff for years because it was a business local to WA, was on my way home from work, and also had a drive-thru window. But, after a particular incident, where I had had enough rudeness from the pharmacy staff, I finally sent a written complaint to the company. I ended up getting a call from the District Pharmacy Manager, Jacquelyn, who explained that this store did have a history of problems and assured me that it was not representative of customer service experiences at other Bartell stores, and that she was working to make this pharmacy better. She said that she would address the issue with the pharmacy staff person and get back to me. I don't know if she ever did because she never did follow through with getting back to me as she had said she would. And I transferred all my prescriptions out of that terrible pharmacy. read more

Moved back to the area so decided to give them one more try! After 3 tried in a row they fail once again!! Went to pick up meds for my sick baby. They said 20 mins...an hour later....baby was crying and went to bed with no medicine! I'm done with this bullshit pharmacy! There's way too many pharmacies around us...not supporting this one anymore! read more

3 things to be aware if your going to the pharmacy dept. First, they do not accept prescriptive medication returns if It has left the building ( these only applies for prescription drugs) &even its unused/ unopened. Second, you will still have wait for another 20 minutes for medicine pick up even if you called them 3 hours ago and even if they have informed that your meds is ready for pick up. Third, if your Asian or brown skin color individual, the staff will assume that your all related or together. read more

I have rarely have had a bad experience with the pharmacy. The one bad experience was mostly my fault for not reading the payment screen more carefully. The pharmacists have, in fact, gone above and beyond with their help. If you approach people with a positive attitude and smile, you will more than likely get the same response. They are at the same toehold from drug companies and insurance companies as we are. And it seems they get all of the flack. It takes a special person to be a good customer service representative. Don't judge the whole group by one bad apple. read more
