Statewide Mini Storage has been great so far. I have been using their storage for several months…read morenow and I am very happy with them. Their facilities have great security and is very clean. My only slight complaint is that they could be open to access the storage units 24 hours a day instead of only 0700 to 1900. But all in all, I would definitely recommend their storage services.

This U-Haul seriously changed the way we viewed the company. Back in May (2019 so just two months…read moreago) Matthew and an older caucasian man helped us with a bit of a problem. We were on our way to Las Vegas when one of our two cars stopped working while driving and hauling the one-bedroom trailer from U-Haul. We ended up having to stay the night in Barstow at the Motel 6. It was a disaster. The car could only be driven for distances shorter than 5 minutes and that wasn't a lot of time. The next morning (the day AFTER we were actually supposed to move into our new place) we stopped at an auto parts store and then after no luck we decided to just go to a U-Haul to rent a truck and car mount. When I walked into this location and told the gentleman what I needed he immediately started away at the transaction. But after making conversation and telling him how we currently have a U-Haul trailer and our car broke down he took a minute to go above and beyond. He then was able to get us on the road safely with exactly what we wanted but for MUCH less than we were prepared to pay for. Even the two men's help through the entire process of transferring vehicles was beyond helpful. This left us knowing that U-Haul would be the only moving company we have confidence in for the rest of our lives. Thanks Matthew and friend!

My sister recommended this place. I needed a place to move to asap that gave me access until as…read morelate as possible. I had to move out of my old apt because my landlord needed his unit back and paid me for movers and storage. At first, this place seemed awesome! Great location. But as time went by... even though I paid on time (auto pay), my code kept saying "see manager." The first time, he said something about my ID. I went and gave him my ID even though I already finished the process online. THEN... as months kept going by... same issue: "see manager"... what is going on?! How am I NOT able to access my belongings in the space I've been paying for?! Then I found out they can compensate for the trouble and offer a credit or something. So I called the office. THEY said they won't do it because I should've told them each time it happened. What?! They said they gave me a new code and then the same thing kept happening! I just went with my sister whenever she went to get access to the unit! THEN... they said they had locked me in on the rate I had but I got an email saying that they were raising it and then another email saying to disregard... but SUDDENLY, I got charged for $270 for my unit almost $100 more and the place isn't even temperature controlled like advertised! It was hot inside and muggy! Don't rent on the 3rd floor! Next, I had to move my stuff out of my sister's and needed more space and since my stuff was there already, I found a deal and got a smaller unit. They were trying to charge me extra for a transfer? No! I just needed another new unit! So I got a deal for 2 months like it advertised online... except... it pro rated the first month deal and that means I don't get exactly 2 months discount deal, I get whatever is left of the current month! That's shady! But I was desperate so I took it! They charged me the extra lock for overpriced amount and I went in to let the staff know I had my own lock. She told me to come the day I'm supposed to move in and show the manager and he'll refund me the amount. So I came today, 9/11/26 (I know) & no one was in the office! I had movers charging by the hour, babysitting my stuff while waiting for someone in the office to PICK UP! The operator said the manager's lunch hour starts at 1:30. So I ran to the office and it said "Be back at 9:30" but there's another smaller sign that said "CLOSED today!" I called again and the operator said there's NO record on file that it was supposed to be closed. So another lady pulls up and she called the hotline too. We're both standing in the hot sun trying to reach someone and I got movers waiting for me to get the lock opened off my unit I PAID for! I had to move my stuff to someone else's unit temporarily (THANK GOD, they let me!) and come back the next day! I called to see if someone would be there tomorrow (Saturday) and they said they cannot guarantee! To call 9:30am before driving there! This is ridiculous! I'm looking up the owners to send them a message. I'd like some form of refund or credit or compensation for the distress and the days I haven't been able to access my unit, please! Don't come here unless it's the cheapest option you can ever find! If my back wasn't hurting & I can afford movers and a truck again... I'd move everything out and somewhere else!
