With COVID numbers spiking 500%+ at the time of our wedding, we saw half of our guest list cancel within the two weeks leading up to the wedding. (We had family members and my best man also cancel the day of, it was a mess.) We should've thought of doing this sooner, but we decided to add a streaming component the week before the ceremony. I thought this would be next to impossible, but somehow the Cut 'N' Run team confirmed availability for our service within less than an hour of initial outreach, even though it was after business hours. The team was able to quickly coordinate with us and the venue, and all planning was very easy to understand. The day of, our videographer was very professional, had a great attitude, and was patient since we had some last minute changes given late cancellations. Honestly, I don't think the wedding would have gone as smoothly if we did not work with Cut 'N' Run. I'd highly recommend working with them. They didn't charge us for the streaming, They explained what the technical difficulties had been, and they said that if we ever do this again they will come and do it for free. For Free. The situation was out of their hands, but they took the responsibility for those problems, and they made good.
