You can have one of the first appointments but you'll still be waiting for a while before the doctor sees you. It's also near close to impossible to see the main doctor. You'll always get the second string-- The good part, however, is that the second string is great as well. The doctors here take their time to explain everything to you very clearly and in layman's terms. There's nothing worse than waiting 2 hours to see a doctor and they rush through the 2 minute checkup. You don't get that here! The office staff is also very friendly & responsive. If you're looking for a new PCP, check them out. They take most health insurances.

Dr. Raben has been my primary doctor for awhile now, and part of the reason I chose her is that she has Saturday hours for established patients without an extra fee as long as you have an appointment. Regular copayment is always better than an urgent care center copayment! She has a lab, x-ray & ultrasound machines in her office, which make it more efficient whether getting a routine physical or a diagnosis when you're sick. In addition to treatment, she also offers some nutrition related medicine such as the vitamin IV's, which I'm a believer in. Dr. Raben's also offered phone consults before it was trendy. Her staff is friendly and helpful in getting your appointments. Heads up, Dr. Raben is direct. Besides still keeping paper record like the old day her bedside manner is to the point and lets you know what you (and yours truly) sometimes might not want to hear about your habits and health. That's sometimes needed!

The doctor was great--knowledgeable and professional--but unfortunately, the administrative side was a nightmare. The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful from the start, both in person and over the phone. They gave me the wrong lab orders, and when I went to LabCorp, I had to wait for two hours because the clinic kept saying they would send the correct orders but never did.To make matters worse, they started ignoring my calls and even hung up on me when they realized it was me calling. I ended up calling and asking for manager directly where I was finally helped. If the front desk staff can't handle basic responsibilities like sending lab orders or answering calls professionally, it makes the entire clinic unreliable. Extremely disappointing.
