They did a wonderful job during the pandemic by instituting rules, closing common areas, cleaning and disinfecting and placing signage in all buildings. It's unfortunate that they don't show the actual apartment you will be renting. Despite that I went forward with application because I needed something quickly and didn't seem too bad. Plus I really liked that it had a pool, gym and BBQ area. I applied was approved and signed a contract. Few days later I was told the listed date cannot be my move in date anymore because they cannot sign on a day they were closed. Which I understood, mistakes happen. I was then sent a new lease with a higher pricing........ why am I being charged extra because the office made a mistake is beyond me. (They could've at least mentioned that, lucky I read everything) I reached out to Lorin and she did change it to a sooner date that matches the price I agreed too. I don't know whats going on in that leasing office but by the end of the week I had 4 different leases sent to me all inaccurate to what was agreed upon. Due to the inconsistency, I decided to stop by and make sure we're all on the same page before my move in date. Lorin comes out to assist me. I try to explain why I was there as she cuts me off and says if you don't want to live here I can just refund your deposit... my response, was good to know that is now an option and she says I need to tell her now. Obviously, I wasn't going to make an irrational decision so I let her know I would not be moving in that same day by 5pm. It's hard finding a suitable place in our area sometimes but im glad i got out when I did! Ended up hearing similar stories from other tours. Negative energy really turned me off, cant even imagine how it would go if i moved in and needed help! Sounds like a nightmare lol Ended up finding a place and being approved that same day! So all in all, i guess I should thank you Lorin. Btw - I did receive my deposit and application fee back!

I took one of these pictures this morning. She blatantly lied!!! Be very cautious about moving here. These apartments are beautiful and it would be a shame to see them go down like all the other Middlesex Management buildings. Note that the actual maintenance crew is great; however they are managed by totally incompetent people.

They are the newest buildings in this…read morecomplex because, I found out after I signed the lease, that the buildings that were here burned to the ground 3 or 4 years ago. I think I know why but I've been here for 1 week and here's what's going on. We went to the leasing office 5 days before our move-in date to pay our security deposit and 1st month's rent. We didn't think we would get the keys until move in day but we wanted all the paperwork out of the way so all we had to do was pick up the keys. The office staff would not let us sign the lease nor would they take our checks. They did let us look at the place and we found a live electrical outlet without a cover and roaches. We took the keys back to the office and told them. On move-in day, it took almost an hour to do the paperwork and get keys - all the while we were paying movers to stand there and wait on us. We opened the door, killed 3 roaches and the live electrical outlet was still unprotected. Maintenance responded pretty quick after I called them on day 2 and put a cover on the outlet - exterminators came on Wednesday, Day 3, and said it would take a couple of days to work. Today is day 4 after the spraying and we're still killing roaches. I think the spray just pissed them off. Day 3 - Gas was turned off because the tenants before us didn't pay their bill. We had to get a verification of residency which we didn't get until Friday, day 5 of the move and it was after 430 the afternoon before Memorial Day. The best we can hope for a hot shower, cooking and drying clothes again is probably going to be around June 6 or 7. The Gas company couldn't even find our address without the meter numbers. Also, we went to put some dishes in the dishwasher and pulled on the door and the whole dishwasher came out from under the counter. Another service request. Day 4 - Unplugged the hair dryer and the GFCI outlet that is supposed to trip if there is a short, started sizzling and the outlet did not trip. I had to turn off the breaker to kill it. Maintenance responded pretty quick but the guy who responded to change the outlet knew about as much about electricity as I know about brain surgery (I work in construction). He almost burned the place down and they finally sent an electrician on day 5. I also tried to connect my cable boxes to the TVs upstairs. Finally called customer service and after all the things they could do, told me the in-wall outlets were apparently not connected to anything. Day 5 - Electrician is here re-wiring the bathroom outlet with a maintenance guy. I asked maintenance about the cable outlets and after some head scratching, it was determined the cable hanging from the ceiling in the laundry room, is the cable that is supposed to be in the wall and connected to the cable outlets. That's another service request we need to do. Day 6, 7 and 8 (Saturday, Sunday and Monday Memorial Day) cold showers, eating in restaurants for every meal unless you want a sandwich or cold cereal. This is not good.

Do not rent an apartment at Moderna facing Main Street. Or any apartment close to the bar on Main street. You will not enjoy your evenings or sleep.

How do I know Woodbridge Hill is a safe, comfortable and a nice place to live I am living at Amberton Town House in Naples. 1. For some reason every month the rent changes 2. I couldnt rent for 12 months or it would be more money so now I have to rent for 15 months 3. someone broke into my place and took a shower, ate my food and left my place a mess 4. The gym is so small you cant swing a cat in the room. 5. The pool is smaller than what is one the website also one of the tenant every weekend uses the pool area with their friends, boom box, bbq and no one else can use the pool when they are there 6. There is no parking for guests, people race their cars up and down the street 7. My AC broke a week after I moved in and the maintenance guys could fix it for 4 days and gave me a portable AC in my place but it didnt work 8. My toilet would not stop flushing and it took the maintenance guys a week to come and fix it These things may seem like nothing or easy fix but these guys here dont compare to the work you and your team does at Woodbridge Hill. When I went to maintenance or management here they dont care about anything but rent here. I cant wait for my lease to be up so I can move. You should be proud of the work you and your team does because you really do care about your tenants. Thank you

I reached out to Melissa Romero and forwarded the email to her asking for assistance, but I NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. I called the office 28 times until Gabriela finally answered; she informed me that the management office DID NOT HAVE MY CHECK--that if I wanted to, I could come by to pick it up, but they didn't know when it would be ready, and that I should call them. This is illegal; withholding a security deposit for MORE THAN 30 DAYS is against the law. ABYSMAL MANAGEMENT ACROSS THE ENTIRE ADMINISTRATION.

No follow-up, no accountability. Apartment was spotless at move-out, confirmed by their own inspection. The building? Slanted floors, warped windows that let in winter drafts, hot water gone after 20 mins, and in summer it bakes to 87°F indoors even on 80°F days -- enjoy your doubled electric bill. Location across from the station sounds great... until you deal with daily loitering and drug activity outside your door. Save yourself the stress -- look in other apartments in the area, Metuchen or Rahway instead. This was a costly, frustrating mistake.
