Sells misleading products to the gullible. The ads pitch insurance products that don't really offer what they imply. Sleazy as hell

you are incessantly advertising ForAdvantage plan . Who hired your company!!!!!! Your advertising is deceptive & obsessive in relation to the plan you push!!! There ads on TV are nauseating & deceptive! Who hired you????? I do anticipate an answer! read more

This is absolutely a scam!! I can't believe these people would do this, oh I'm glad I read someone's review about u can't change your plan until oct-dec..of every year. Ty to that person this company needs to STOP these fake commercials. I see so many commercials on Medicare, it's ridiculous. read more

The quality of the ads is so bad that a person can wonder if the actual "plans" they are selling are equally disgusting in performance. WHY would ANY business use Barrington Media Group that came up with these demeaning and revolting commercials that are so bad they repel potential customrer? Who can listen to these TV ads and not immediately mute their TVs? Someone is wasting a lot of money advertising plans using methods that make people avoid both the commercial and ANY impetus to call that number except to yell FAKE at the person at the other end. The ads both insult the intelligence of Seniors by their repetition and in their choice of digusting examples like Joe Namath and "Martha" instead of presenting a balanced and professional explanation of WHY anyone would want to incur all of the UNTOLD expenses that come with these "free" plans. read more

It's against the law for insurance companies to mislead by LYING. The "you mean you only have "Medicare Plan Part A&B & No C" is flat out lie. When you buy C (an Advantage Plan) you give up Medicare. You then have a separate insurance plan. Your company (by misleading the public) should be fined & any license you have removed. The insurance companies who pay you for this garbage should be fined as well. Truth in advertising obviously isn't in your repertoire of services. read more

My Stand alone opinion is that their Medicare Advantage plan advertising, especially including an ACTRESS portraying Martha is ageism that is absurd! The ads are loud, repetitive(as though we're stupid if we're elderly) and demeaning. I'm tired of seeing and hearing this demeaning and u respectable add. Given the sacrifices made by the Medicare generation veterans, women in the workforce and educational individuals raising the bar for our children, this LLC company would NEVER be worth contacting. They're more interested in a humiliating ageism advertisement. read more

Your commercials for Medicare advantage are Ridiculous. I turn the mute on until they are over. I will never buy anything from a company using you for advertising. read more

You are confusing people, elderly & others on Disability, that you are affiliated WITH Medicare & the government. How you can get away with deceptive practices like this is unbelievable and a joke! Why the government does not make you state more clearly that these Advantage programs are NOT a part of the REAL Medicare is atrocious! Are you hiding behind the First Amendment, freedom of speech? Most likely. BUT if the information you're providing in your TV ads isn't clearly saying that you are NOT actually a part of the government, that to me is fraud and intentionally misleading the public. SHAME on you AND our government & the real Medicare for NOT stopping this by now! read more

This Medicare commercial is the the most annoying and insulting POS on TV. It proves that the US Government/Medicare are OVER-PAYING for these Part-C private insurance plans. Almost half of Medicare Recipients are in Part-C. These Private for Profit Part-C insurance companies spend billions between the TV commercials and the Monthly Premium refunds they give back to their "customers". Mean while monthly Medicare Premiums keep increasing (2017=$123 to 2025=$184). THAT is 50% INCREASE on none Part-C Medicare users. These Private Part-C FOR PROFIT Companies are grifting the Medicare Trust Fund by denying 13% of claims. read more

These ads developed by this media group are ridiculous, insulting and useless. When they state you will be calling 'certified' guides, they should clarify who certifies them and what they are certified in! read more

The perpetrators of the most insulting, demeaning commercials I have ever seen. Looks like they paid somebody to put on a "old lady" wig and scream in front of the camera. They do NOT represent Medicare. They only represent a shady call center trying to extort old people. read more

Oh Medicare commercials stink Martha or no Martha. Why would anyone buy a health care plan that is advertised on TV every 10 minutes day and night? They really must be desperate to make a sale! I would never buy anything from someone who Badgers me especially when we know that there is a specific enrollment period. It is surprising that the government does not put a stop to this since it is false advertising and the FCC tends to frown on such practices. read more

Your Medicare commercial is awful! You go out of your way to make women on Medicare look and sound like idiots! Shame on you. I am 70+ years old and I don't wear a house coat, I don't scream at people and I don't wear super ridiculous size glasses. I play competitive tennis, golf and I am a runner. Many seniors today could probably run circles around you and the people in your company. Your commercial has outraged many women on Medicare. Again, shame on you! It would behoove you to take this commercial off the air. read more

This may be the single most insulting, demeaning ad I have ever seen. Who in a professional media group came up with the idea that hiring an actor to portray an elderly screeching ninny would be a great way to persuade those eligible for Medicare to contact these folks for information? If that is the image that this company has of women who are in the market for Medicare plans, it's a big no from me. read more

False advertisement. Medicare advantage is not medicare and has nothing to do with the government. It is a private insurance company. The Doctors do not like it and the insurance company makes the final decisions on your care not the medical Dr. It may offer it for free but you will have many cost and yes u will have to pay for Dr visits and many other things if service is approved. I did have the advantage plan for 1 year and it was no good. read more

Martha is a joke. Makes seniors looking for insurance look stupid, ignorant, unable to problem solve, and in need of anger management. How about using a thoughtful, smart. Calm , problem solving senior. Guess that would be me! Please fire Martha! read more

I am in agreement with all of those who have expressed their disgust to that demeaning commercial with "Martha" on Medicare. It is a poor depiction of elderly, and encourages the dangerous culture that senior citizens are stupid old people who need to be treated like children. We mute the sound whenever this ad is shown and would NEVER consider participating in the medical plan they are selling. read more

Martha's portrayal of people on Medicare is very offensive. We are a large group of intelligent, capable retirees who can choose our own plans without being insulted by a paid actor, who portrays us as loud, obnoxious, stupid people who don't understand how to choose or ask for help. Shame on you and shame on her for agreeing to play that part. read more
