There would be less mess in an animal pen. The prices charged are no reflection of the state of the facility and pontoons. The first pontoon we rented had a grease spill all over the side ledge of the vessel right beside the ladder to board and get off of the vessel for swimming. Thank goodness we did not add the feature as we would not have been able to use the bbq in the condition. Pontoon 17. On our second attempt the pontoon was still definitely not in spic and span power washed state as shown in the advertisement. FYI - upon arrival 10.00 to park a big vehicle. 10.00 for each fishing rod with 5 feet of line on them if that as they did not bother to re-line the rods between customers.and 10.00 per pot of worms. The pontoon engine was not in the greatest condition as it sounded like the water pump was not clearing the water well which made it very very loud sluggish and squirrelly to drive. We cut our visit short and upon arrival the owner came out to ask if we were done with the worms we could not use. Strange. No other questions. Also we found that the anchor line was short on the pontoon so check if you go. The marina is a little crazy to walk as well. Small slips and very very unkept grounds. This place has a lot of potential but unfortunately it seems that cutting corners will be its demise. Number 13 pontoon front door also kept opening as we drove the lake since the latch to keep the door closed was missing entirely. The booking staff are somewhat stern if you call to re- arrange your trip. Don't even try to cancel. please note ...The younger staff carrying out the physical departure and arrival are excellent in spite of the overall management of this place. I believe that at the price point for the rentals there could be a great deal of improvement made to this facility. Customers are taking their loved ones on the lake for a easy safe adventure and I feel that they are a little indifferent and lacking in maintenance. It's been a week since our trip and could not let this experience go unmentioned.

They let a rookie handle our pontoon who didn't know what he was doing and our original pontoon driver just left us and went to go help someone else. The website…read morecontains a wealth of information, and the online booking system is quite seamless and convenient. You only need to put a small deposit down when booking to reserve your timeslot. All the staff (from the front desk, resgitration office, and the staff helping you to put on and take off the body suit, to the instructors and videographers) are excellent - very skilled, friendly, and helpful. In terms of facilities, there are washrooms (which are very clean) including 1 shower stall. There are no lockers for public use (the lockers are for staff only), so put your belongings in your car or have someone (who is not skydiving at the same time as you) look after your belongings. There is a small box for car keys and valuables in the office area. There is 1 vending machine for snacks (chips, etc.) so bring snacks from home if you want to snack while waiting. When you get there, the process for tandem skydiving is as follows: 1) Sign in at the front desk. The staff will give you a booklet / package of forms to read and fill out. 2) Sit at a table and watch the training video on the tablet. (Be sure to bring a pair of headphones that are not Apple headphones, to plug into the audio jack of the tablet.) The video is about 25 minutes long, and goes over the legal stuff, risks, safety precautions, and procedures (e.g. what to do before and during the skydive, body position, how to do proper landing, etc.). 3) Fill out the package of forms. There is a 1-page quiz to gauge your knowledge from the training video. 4) Hand in the completed package to the staff in the registration office. They'll check everything, check your photo ID, measure your weight (for weight distribution in the airplane and aircraft assignment), and give you your wrist band. If you purchase a media package, you will also get a landyard that you'll need to give to the videographer after (for them to scan the QR code so they can associate the photos & video files to your email address). 5) Wait about 1-2 hours until you get called to suit up. You can wait inside or outside on the grassy area, but stay close to the building so you can hear for your name to get called. It might seem like a long time at first, but time goes by quickly, especially if the weather is good outside and you watch the other people glide down with their parachutes. 6) Once you get called or your name appears on the screen with the aircraft assignment, get a staff member to help you suit up with the body suit, helmet, and goggles. 7) Your instructor will meet you, tighten your body suit, and go over procedures. 8) Get on the airplane. It's about a 20-minute ride until you jump. 9) If you choose tandem skydive, it's about 40-50 seconds of freefall followed by approximately 5 minutes of hovering with the parachute, while you enjoy the panaromic views below. If you choose a media package, you get a link to the photos and videos almost immediately landing (or shortly after). The quality of the media is really good! 4K video quality.

I did not drive to this location but took the GO Bus and they were extremely accommodating as they offered to pick me up from one of the Go Bus stops. Arrived at the facility to fill out some waivers and was instructed to watch a video for 30mins. Video was very thorough with the safety and expectations. I felt completely safe after watching the video. Was paired up with an instructor for the tandem jump and right into getting suited up. The plane we went up on was a small plane. It barely had enough room for 4+the pilot. The pilot gave a great tour with spectacular view of what we were going to jump into. The free fall was one hell of an experience and the parachute portion was tranquil. Overall a great once in a life time experience just to cross it out of my bucket list. Would recommend this place as I felt completely safe the whole time.

What is not disclosed is that you have to sign an additional waiver when your inside (aside from the one on arrival). The odd thing is that it is just a notebook and the student employees just ask you did you do all the other courses before attempt the most advanced course. It's pretty loosey goosey, instead of this system a stamp system should be used or a passport system because if they are using this for liability is a signature request under duress (is what I understand from my legal eagle knowledge). Considering the risk, I would say more needs to be done. The whole course are supervised and the summer hired students are trained to radio each other when a new person is going on the course. The two customer limit on platform are loosely reinforced. I did find that some of the platforms were short on the landing for the mini zipline sections. And on the course the student hires warned us it's slippery because it was wet. Perhaps add some slip grips just because you're flying in at high speed into the landing in some cases (especially when you're pretty large). Good things is that if you wanted the zipline experience you get it through the whole course. You can get away with just paying for the whole course. If you're a parent you may want to go in and just have a look how things are run before putting your kids through the track for the peace of mind. The other thing is that you also want to have a telephoto lens on your slr if you're watching from the ground or hookup your child with a go pro for the fun of watching later. Overall difficulty was intermediate. I think to level up try the course without holding on anything. This was my first time doing this. I would have preferred more physical challenges on the course. There are washrooms behind the sign in cabin. Two toilets in the female. But if you want cleaner go back to the resort. So I rated this four star for the following reason. 1. Price point is steep on a single visit, even with coupons. Season pass may be better; 2. The course liability on-site could be better, I just wonder what happened if there was an accident and if the location did enough to protect customers; 3. The course is full of student employees, surely trained well. But considering young kids on the course a few adult staff would make it feel safer. There were times when I know none if the staff we watching me because I was sloppy on the security straps-without realizing until my date warned me (thanks); 4. Washrooms are not clean on the premise of the trekking. Go to horseshoe resort.
