Al Beyer is an honest man. A few years ago I told him I needed a new high end Dell laptop, and that I thought it would cost about $5,000 or so. He found a new Dell with all the specs I needed and charged me $3,500. Obviously he could have made more profit by selling it to me for $4,500 or any number up to $5,000 and I would have been happy. WARNING (Long Review) I had problems with the POWERSPEC…read morebrand a couple of times and was very dissatisfied. I even had to cough up some money to get another pc with the same specs. Due to pc part prices going up rampantly. This was after my original pc had the same issue twice. Which one time it was covered under the warranty. The next time they recommended getting another one. Which they didn't have, so I had to buy a more expensive one with the same parts and pay the difference. I was not happy. Once I got the NEW pc, it was going great until a month in. The pc then gave me an error message saying "pc ran to a problem and issue can't be resolved". On my final trip up to MC, I told the manager everything and he agreed that the upcharge for the difference of the two pcs was silly. He then worked with me and I got store credit. Hao and Davis the manager helped me pick the parts that would stay in my budget of the last pc without sacrificing performance. They're building it in house now. What started out as a not so great experience, turned into a great experience. SHOUTOUT to Davis for being fair and understanding towards my situation. I will recommend friends to MC. :)
