To get it served, we had no idea where to start and decided to hire a private investigator to find them, Trusted Eye website also indicated process server on their site so i looked into them. They had good reviews which indicated great communication, reasonable rates and amazing service in dealing with these sensitive situations. I contacted them and it always goes to voicemail. I decided to reach out by email to be able to give some explanation and John got back to me fairly quickly. His response was thorough in what i should expect, cost and time frame. He never tried to push or upsell which i appreciated. We ended up following up with a call and I hired him. Gave him all the information I could and waited. Within 24 hours one of the subjects was found and served!! I decided to hold off on the 2nd person since they were not yet needed, and I did have a budget to stay within. John was very responsive and detailed no matter how many questions I asked whether by phone, text or email. He was extremely professional and made sure any commitment he made was within his ability to provide. Overall I am very happy with the service rendered and will be contacting him again if I am in need of additional services he offers. I would highly recommend Trusted Eye Investigations, Thank you John.

Kept calling, no answer, and a suspicious person continue to watch me the entire time while pretending to be using a phone. To date, I have not heard back from them despite notifying them of the unprofessional and questionable service. Not even an apology. Unprofessional. Stay away.. I did, in fact, contact you upon arrival, and I have the timestamped screenshot to confirm it. The communication was sent with more than enough time for you to receive it and respond. There was no reply, no follow-up, and no attempt to reach back out while I was there waiting for over an hour. Your statement that you "did not receive a call" does not change the fact that I made a good-faith effort to notify you and attend the scheduled appointment. If there were any issue on your end--whether technical or otherwise--the professional response would have been to follow up, especially given that this was communicated as an urgent matter. Instead, there was complete silence until after I left a review, which raises serious concerns about reliability and professionalism. Leaving a client waiting without communication--particularly when you hold yourself out as a private investigator handling sensitive or urgent situations--is unacceptable. This experience reflects a lack of basic professional responsibility. Clients depend on timely communication, especially in urgent situations. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here.

To say the least, my case was dismissed without prejudice and I had to refile again. Greg answered my call immediately and agreed to re-serve her again for free since it was his error. When speaking with Greg, he seemed experienced and eager to complete the task. He was easy to talk to, and made me feel confident that he could get the job done. He assured me that he has been doing this for a long time. HOWEVER, his organization, attention to detail, and technological skills may not be his strong suit.
